I finally got in contact with customer service and they reshipped my package right away since the first one appears to have been lost in mail. Happy with purchase, just wish they could switch to a different courier service - USPS gets delayed way too often...
Initial review 3/21/2018:
I received a shipping confirmation on 3/8, it's 3/21 today and I still haven't received my order. Seems to be stuck at "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" status on USPS's website. Not sure what's going on but pretty unhappy with the long delivery time. Emailed customer service twice and have not heard back. "

"I have placed multiple orders so far and they’ve always been amazing. The website is user friendly. I use fresh look daily contacts and I have never had an issue being out of stock, compared to a couple of other websites. Here, even if some prescriptions are out of stock, that’s fully indicated in their website so you are never trapped placing an order and then finding out after a couple of days that they are out of contact lenses. Although they ship their packages through USPS, the orders have been received promptly and fast so far. I’m glad I found such a trustworthy spot to get my prescription contact lenses."
