"I cannot recommend this vendor. One and a half weeks after placing my order, I had not heard from them other than to receive an order confirmation. When I sent an e-mail to find the status of my order, I was contacted via phone, and told I would have to answer some questions in order to have my order processed - not payment or shipping information, mind you, but like what lens I was upgrading from (?!). When I asked why it was relevant which lens I was upgrading from, the person told me he didn't know, just that I had to give it to him. When I said that was ridiculous and I wanted to cancel my order he just said "Sure, we can do that". Apparently customer orders are not that important to Lens Cabin. So I cancelled my order and now have to locate another vendor from which to order this lens.

I don't have time to take surveys while I'm at work. If you want to ask for feedback, build it into your on-line ordering process, but I find it ludicrous that you couldn't just take my money and ship my product like every other vendor on the internet. Just a weird, disappointing experience.
