"I tried placing an order with this company, but no order information was confirmed. I was unwilling to wire-transfer money to an account in Russia without some sort of contact. Contact information is limited to email. Laptops are supposed to be new, but after reading the one other post, I am wary. I hope someone has positive information on this company, please let me know."

"If you are thinking about buying a refurbished laptop from laptopkings.con don't do it! This company is a nightmare. After receiving an inferior product two weeks later than it was promised, it took over 2 1/2 months and the threat of a lawsuit before I received a refund. When I would call their 1-800 number I received a message that the voice mailbox was full. This happened for over one month. When I sent emails to the company they were not answered. When I contacted the greater LA area BBB, I was later told by them that even they could get no satisfaction from laptopkings and that they were unfrotuantely dropping the case. Finally I got through to the company and was told that a refund would be issued that very day. Again it did not happen. It took a registered letter with an attached attorney's signature before they returned my money. Beware!"
