"The Toshiba Adapter I ordered got to my house within a week or so, but it broke about 2 weeks ago (in January 2009). Yes, it broke pretty fast (the cord's coating tore off) and I took good care of it too.
I have since contacted them about a replacement, since they have a 1 year warranty, but they have completely ignored me for over 1 and half weeks. I can understand if they are busy, but on their website there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. I should have been wary of this when I ordered. It is not very assuring.

Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and the (lack of) customer service ."
