"They sold those battery with very poor quality. I charged once, and the battery is dead forever. It is totally a garbage. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they just put kind words and RMA solution to fool you. NEVER EVER to buy their product anymore. This company should leave the market. It is just a poison of other honest business. I am so disappointed. "
"Don't. Just don't. I ordered a battery for a fairly high price that was advertised as a match for the voltage and current of my OEM battery. They sent a lower voltage and current battery instead. It runs my laptop but not for as many hours as the OEM battery. When I complained, they only offered me a partial refund and wouldn't give me an RMA to return because it fits the laptop. I could have opened a dispute with PayPal but I decided a partial quick refund was easier than risking a lengthy dispute process. To add insult to injury shipping took almost three weeks because the battery got stuck in customs. The ONLY thing they did right was to provide a tracking number so I could follow my battery's three-week journey, and answer emails promptly."
"Ordered an HP laptop battery 12/4/2014 didn't know they were based in china. Very surprised it arrived within 4 days. I hadn't read the reviews before so when i did i was very concerned but all is well battery was excellent value fits perfect in my lap top and lasts great. I would consider using lap-top-battery shop again in the future. "

the battery I bought was rubbish and nearly set on fire! you can not send it back through the normal mail service as the item is deemed to be unsafe the courier service wants twice as much as the battery is worth to send it.The shop replies in broken english in a true fob off fashion you just will not get any joy from them they are a fraud company with a terrible business manor BE WARNED !!!!!"
"Battery did not work. Had to go through many hoops to return it such as photographing it and my existing battery, photographing return package and customs form. The kept insisting they would replace it which they did but I asked them to give me a refund as by then I had to go to a computer firm. Only through PayPal did I get my purchase price back but not the £7.20 that I had to pay to return it."
"Please don't use this company as they are awfull from start to finish for processing refunds and sent me a faulty battery which does not work. Dont be misleaded they are not UK or EU compliant and although they use photos of genuine branded parts you will not receive the original but a chinese knock off, they are based in Hong Kong and not the UK although they use a UK website and pretend to use Royal Mail which they do not. Keep away from this company, UK Trading Standards and the Police should investigate them for scamming money and not following UK consumer rules."
"HORRIFIC! I ordered a battery for my Gateway. The battery did not fit - they sent the wrong one. I asked for a replacement within a week of receiving the wrong battery and three weeks later they are still refusing to replace or refund. They now are saying that they will only refund if another US customer happens to need the battery that they shipped to me (and that I ship it directly to that customer). HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE."
"After reading reviews on this site I ordered a replacement battery for my Compal NBLB3 barebones. It shipped within two days and arrived (in California, USA) later the same week despite shipping from China. The battery is in good condition with over 90% of advertised capacity, so it wasn't sitting on a shelf long enough to decay. I was hesitant the first time, not being familiar with the store, but I'd recommend and buy a replacement laptop battery from here again."
