Don't buy here, you will regret it. I did.

"After initial order Joe's sent me an email to confirm. I made several attempts at calling only to be placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. During some of the attempts I was hung up on and had to start over. Then I got lucky and got a rep to confirm my order. I could hardly understand the gentleman and was immediately subjected to a bait and switch tactic. Now the order is finally placed and confirmed. Joe's immediately charged my card for the transaction. More than two weeks later I still did not see any progress on my order. I made several attempts at contacting Joe's to find out why they were sitting on my order after charging my card. I spend several hours on the phone trying to get through only to be hung up on after more than 40 minutes of being on hold. I then sent a email to Joe's that as of this writing has yet to be answered. So I called my credit card company and refuted the charges. I again tried contacting Joe's to cancel my order but could never get through. I have never had such poor customer service."

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

"Unable to call (which is required after placing an online order) without a MINIMUM 1 hr wait time while the automated message comes on every minute saying the fall will be answered in 5 minutes. As i type this i have vurrently been on hild 2 hrs and 15 min. I placed my order over two weeks ago and have had ZERO communications from Joes Av with a tracking number, estimated delivery date, comfirmation it has even shipped, etc. absolutely NO status. Of course they have already charged my card and been paid so i guess they are happy enough. Do yourself a favor - pay a little more and go to the local big box stores ot amazon. Safe yourself the utter frustration of dealing with a company that is inefficient to say the least. "
