The actual vendor makes between $20-30 per calibration, yet these people charge over $ 100.00, which is HIGHWAY robbery. Extortion would be a better word. This is a PRIVATE corporation. Intoxalock's parent company is Consumer Safety Technology, LLC or (CST), which is the corporation you will find in the Florida corporation database as a FOREIGN corporation. ClearLight Partners, LLC acquired CST in 2012, which they also represent Planet Fitness, Pepper Ball, Moore Landscapes, LLC, Pure Water Technology and many others. According to the California Business Database, their corporate name is Clear Light INVESTMENT Partners, LLC, which filed originally in 2014. On Clear Light Partners, LLC website, when you click on Owners and CEOS, you do not get a list of accountable people but you do get a list of industries they belong to, which leaves me to believe they are part of a transnational corporation. Kimberly Williams is the CEO of CST and was hired in 2014. My child is currently in the hospital, undergoing a life threatening situation and my husband cannot visit because he is at the end of this corrupt contract and does not want to jeopardize the end-date because these jokers could make up something to extend the initial contract. These private corporations have NO business being involved in any Law Enforcement whatsoever. We consumers should file a class-action lawsuit against Intoxalock, CST and Clear Light Partners, LLC.
