Very ordinary

"I sent two business colleagues flowers. £45 worth each plus £7 delivery, each. Total £52 x 2 = £104 My wife is one of my business partners, so I saw what was sent to her. I assume the other recipient received the same. I must admit they were very underwhelming. Nothing special at all. I'd compare the flowers to a £12 - £18 bunch from somewhere like Waitrose. The gifts were sent on saturday, which concided with Mothers day on the Sunday. Maybe they were just busy, but all things considered, it was very poor value and the moment was underwhelming and not special. I put my trust in interflora not being specific about what I would get for my money, just "Hand-tied bouquet made with the finest flowers". I won't be doing this again. Waitrose or M&S it is, much better value."

"Terrible service. The order was taken, payment taken, then received an email late the day before saying that they couldn't deliver for mother's Day. No offer of compensation either. "

This is very bad experience

"This is very bad experience. pressed 2 buttons before buying. 1) order flowers for Valentine's Day. 2) choose a bouquet "surprise me" that is, it will be made with professional taste from a florist. in the end, I get a bouquet with yellow and orange. it looks like I'm going to go to my grandmother and give wild flowers. that is, I ordered flowers marked Valentine's Day for £ 60-70 and I get a completely tasteless bouquet. I wrote to them, they write, "Well, you have chosen to surprise me," so our florist rushed to take into account spring colors and so on. I wrote to them, so where does the spring colors? if I chose the category Valentine's Day. now they are silent. flowers ruined the mood. they are not very pretty if you consider the atmosphere of Valentine's day, and they look like 10 pounds from Aldi. small bouquets are sold tastefully in Aldi. very disappointed. for this price you can find good florists. and at least not write that a person chose spring colors and a muse when a person chose Valentine's day from the categories.

Just 1 star because delivery was great. On next day in Morning. If not delivery, then 0 stars

Thrown-together and amateurish. VERY disappointing.

"I ordered a £45 arrangement for a friend's significant birthday, but had to complain to Interflora's Customer Services because the flowers delivered were so meagre and poorly arranged compared to the illustration on the Interflora website. I provided photos to show the disparity between the website illustration and what was actually delivered, only to be told that arrangements are often sent out with "flowers in bud for longevity reasons."
But this wasn't a matter of flowers being in bud rather than open - the website photo showed a nicely balanced and healthy-looking display, while the delivered item looked seriously amateurish: hastily thrown-together and unbalanced. Roses which, in the illustration, comprised fully half of of the arrangement, were now all but hidden, while the clump of daisy-like flowers shown were, in reality, a fraction of the size - there was more moss visible than daisies - and there was no way this tiny daisy was going to be able to increase in size by 300-400% in order to be anything close to the size shown in Interflora's illustration.
I've used Interflora successfully in the past but this pitiful, lacklustre arrangement, compounded by Interflora Customer Services failing to address my complaint (despite their stated guarantee of satisfaction) means that I will NOT be using them again.

'Christmas Bouquet',.. No Christmas flowers

"My Mother in law asked me to order flowers for my Wife from her for appreciation of what she does for her. She chose a Christmas Bouquet and ordered on line but when they arrived they looked nothing like the picture and in fact there was nothing Festive about them at all. No card included either. Cost £46 including delivery. Complained to Interflora and refunded a third of the bouquet cost so £12 which really isn't acceptable. The one star is for the on time delivery from Pulteney Bridge Flowers in Bath but certainly wouldn't use again. Very disappointing for my Mother in law and Wife."

No the Flowers that were Ordered

"Can't fault the timely delivery (hence the one star) but the arrangement of flowers actually delivered to my mother (as I subsequently saw) bore absolutely no resemblance to those specifically ordered as pictured and set out in the image on the Interflora website. Guess the local florist must have run out, but why not let me know prior to putting together a random collection of what was available."

Awful

"Arrived in time for Christmas which turned out to be a bunch of horrible foliage with around 5 flowers hidden amongst it but didn’t have to worry for too long the flowers were dead by Boxing Day. In my opinion the shop that sent this embarrassing bunch was just getting rid of their old stock and they must of had this box made up for 2 weeks because the box was void of any water. This is the first and very last time I use Interflora and won’t be recommending them either. "

DREADFUL COMPANY - DISGUSTING FLOWERS

"I wish I could give Zero stars. My boss had to fly to Lebanon as he had a death in the family. So I ordered a bouquet. Now I realise that they cannot keep to the exact photo of the flowers on the website. But I ordered white roses and lillies and the cheapest flowers were used, small chrysanthemums, the kind of flowers you buy at the petrol garage. HOW EMBARRASSING! What did Interflora say? they are BESPOKE. They cost £78.26 + 12.00 delivery.
They were at the very most a £15.00 bunch of petrol garage flowers (no offence to garages but these were supposed to be "special").
DONT USE INTERFLORA. Dreadful company!!

Massive Disappointment

"I would not give Interflora one star for my latest experience but I had to click on a star before I could write this review. It was not even 'horrible', Interflora's service and the gift I ordered were simply nonexistent. Friends in Derby were coming to London last Friday for long awaited birthday celebrations. On Thursday the Govt announced London was going into a Tier 2 lockdown on Saturday. Birthday plans were cancelled causing huge dejection all round. I ordered an Interflora 'Ladies Indulgent Mini Hamper' as a small consolation for my friend to arrive on her birthday, Saturday 17. Interflora took my money and confirmed my order. The hamper didn't arrive, however, and neither my friend nor I have received any apology, notification or update. Disappointment on disappointment. I use Interflora regularly but never will again, never. I also use Interflora to send flowers on behalf of my boss.
That will stop, too. There are too many flower delivery services in competition with Interflora to tolerate this unacceptably poor level of service. If the company blames Covid I will scream. After 8 months it is no longer an adequate excuse.

Very disappointing

"I sent a friend a £35.00 bunch of flowers from the birthday collection (additional £7.00 for delivery). The flowers that were delivered looked like a cheap ready made bunch from a supermarket. Absolutely not worth it. Nothing like the picture."

Terrible customer service

"Ordered flowers to be delivered abroad for mum’s 80th birthday , well in advance .
No tracking info available via website . Flowers did not arrive on the birthday . Numerous emails sent to customer service , only 1 reply saying they were trying to contact the local distributor. Live chat not available !
Have since asked for a full refund, still awaiting to hear .
No contact or apology or refund from interflora so far .

Disappointing flowers and service

"Flowers ordered resembled none of the pictures shown on website, customer service said they reserve the right to send pretty much anything. Fobbed off with a small refund for something I would never have bought had I seen them. Disappointing flowers and disappointing service. Standards have dropped, would not recommend."

Really great service

"I had forgotten a birthday and ordered flowers to be delivered same day at 2pm today. By 2.45 the flowers had been delivered and they were really lovely based on the picture that I was sent. Much better than the flowers I ordered from another online florist a couple of months back. Really great service!"

Poor quality flowers – wilted after only 4 days

"I ordered my flowers as a wedding anniversary surprise. They looked lovely when delivered on Saturday afternoon but four days later, by Wednesday morning, they were a sad and drooping disappointment. (Yes, they were given the supplied plant food, and kept as per the instructions).
Ordering was easy enough, no problems there but I would have expected the flowers to have lasted much longer.
