"I ordered a camera from them because they were cheap. Then I got an email saying I had to call them because my CC# was bad. They then explained there was no battery or charger at that price, but they had those on sale also. I stupidly bought them, and wound up paying significantly more than I could have elsewhere."
"I read the reviews and was confident as I placed my order at instockdigital.com. 1 Week later, still no contact or confirmation of shipment of my camera. When I finally got through to their customer service department (which now claims it's crazy camera deals), they hadn't even shipped the camera yet! On top of that, they claimed that a battery does not come with the camera - even though I know it does! They stated that that is why the camera is cheaper through them. I told them I'd them I'd handle it separately when I received the camera (also with the card which they tried to push). Now he claims my new total is $45 more!!! For shipping and handling insurance! When does handling insurance cost that much for a $250 item? Apparently there is fine print on the website and the total you receive on checkout is not the final total. Seems incredibly shady and deceitful to me! Then he cancelled my order without my requesting. I told him to ship me the item I paid for for the price I agreed to. He just stated again that the order was cancelled. BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! "

FIRST THING THE GUY ASKED ME WAS WHAT KIND OF BATTERY DO I WANT TO BUY WITH THE CAMERA, I WAS LIKE DOESN'T IT COME WITH THE CAMERA? HE SAID NO.. I SAID I'LL BUY THE BATTERY SOMEWHERE ELSE.. HE ASKED HOW COME.. I SAID CAUSE IT'S CHEAPER.. HE SAID OK.. THEN HE SAID MY TOTAL WOULD BE 778.. I WAS LIKE WTF.. THEY ADVERTISED PRICE WAS 509.. HE SAID THE EXTRA 200+ IF FOR SHIPPING AND INSURANCE!! I ASKED HOW COME IT WOULD COST 200+ FOR SHIPPING AND INSURANCE.. THEN HE TOLD ME MAYBE I CAN JUST BUY THE CAMERA SOMEWHERE ELSE..
