"Ordered 20GB Tripper. Asked that I need it in 2 days. The person on the phone told me to go online and choose 2 day delivery, because the cut-off date for the delivery to my location is 6:00pm, so it will be enough. Did it, within one hour received an email that my order shipped, received the goods exactly as expected.
The shipment also included an extra CF-USB connector. I called back asking that they may have included it by mistake, and they told me that it is a gift. Also asked that the Tripper has no warranty. Was told that it is a foreign product from Taiwan that does not have a US warranty and that I can send it back to the store if it breaks withing one year. Nice.

Had to take many hours of my personal time to track down the product which is MIA. I still have not been repaid or given the part. I am very frustrated.
