"It has been months now since I have placed my order. At the time of order and for a month afterwards, I have been waiting for my debit account to be billed, and nothing has been billed. I do not keep a lot of money in my debit account for personal reasons and have received multiple emails that my card has been declined. If Image Solutions decided to bill my account at the same time that I had placed my order, they would have received their payment from me. Yet they do not have a smart enough to do that. Thanks for the absolutely horrible service, ImageSolutions. I would rather knit my own apparell for work. THANKS!"

"The staff of Image solutions Apparel has destroyed a very expensive fabric, which was to be used for my wedding.
There was no receipt also given, when asked for it before giving the fabric for embroidery. The work done on the fabric was completely different from what was discussed and mentioned. Extra money was charged and the work promised was not completed. When I agreed to pay the extra money, Chris Kelly, the store owner was not ready to complete it and asked me to take the fabric as it is.Now, who will finish an unfinished garment? No designer will work on a garment started by someone else. Thus I have suffered great humiliation, as when I spoke to him on the phone, the phone connection was cut out and I had to make repeated calls. And when I asked him if he can complete the garment with the extra money, he refused saying I don't want to do it and I will not do it. Thus, I have been left with an incomplete dress and have suffered a great loss with respect to my fabric being damaged. I have also lost my money because I haven't got the worth for my money and definitely there is a significant loss in the money I have spent for the garment, but more importantly, the worth of the fabric has been totally destroyed.I don't expect any kind of additional money to be paid to me, because of the grief caused due to damaging my garment ( which was so important to me ) because money will not change the damage done to my fabric and suffering I have faced from this company.

Very unprofessional Manager, negligent staffs and not giving any satisfaction to customers.
