"I bought $60 and filters from them and use them for a few weeks I noticed they did not work well because they were not as efficient as the ones I had used from the manufacture of my humidifier. I called to tell them I was not satisfied with the filters they had sent me a RA number to return the filters that were unused I had forgotten to send them right away and call them about six weeks later telling them I forgot to send them and they were still brand-new in the box asking if I could return still take them to the post office and they told me no. I talked to the supervisor Joe and he was rude and told me that if I did not like the return policy then I should open my own business. I could understand if I forgotten for months six months but it was 6 weeks past the return date. Now I am stuck $60 short with eight boxes of garbage filters they sold me, now I am stuck $60 short with eight boxes of garbage filters they sold me. I do not recommend doing business with this company nor do I recommend purchasing humidifier filters from this company. In the future I will purchase my filters through my manufacture of my humidifier."
"Sadly, terrible product. Don't order the organic mattress covers. They are not at all made to the right size, and the customer service reps are not taking any responsibility. I ordered a cover for a 12" mattress. I measured the cover (even sent pictures with a ruler), there is 6 inches of extra fabric. It is so loose that there is no way to put a fitted sheet over. They were not willing to take it back as they measured the corners (which measure only 1 inch more than the mattress height) and feel that's enough. I specifically asked them go to try it on a mattress as clearly there is extra fabric in the middle, and they would not do it. They are a dishonest company. I would never buy from them nor recommend anyone buying from them. I wish I had remember the brand I had purchased for another mattress, as that one fits properly, about 1 inch of extra fabric, as it should be!!! "
"Super-fantastic company! I placed quite a large order and received it two days afterwards. The filters were packaged very well and exactly what I wanted. They have by far the best price on Filtrete 1900 and 2200 filters I have found. I will order again and have told my friends about this company. So happy I stumbled upon their website.

"I purchased Honeywell HCM-6011G QuietCare Cool Mist Humidifier from iallergy and the item was as described. I used the humidifier for few weeks before I notice a real difference in the caps to the water tanks. One cap had a manufacturing defect that was only noticeable upon direct comparison to the other. It was missing a spring that prevented the cap from leaking when turnover. The leaking water was the reason I compared the two. I called customer service for iallergy and they were very helpful. He sent out a new replacement cap without hesitation (I received it in two days). No problems, no extra costs, what great customer service. I normally do not do reviews but I was real impressed. If you are worry about doing business with iallergy, don't be. They stand behind their product with great customer service. If the price is close I would highly recommend them over other retailers. "
