Best Shopping on the Net

"I'm sorry that I can't find them. They had exactly what I needed that I couldn't find anywhere's else at even a close to reasonable price, and they were selling less then originally advertised. I am sorry to not be able to find them. And even though I ordered a week before Christmas, I was able to have it under the tree.....at no additional charge. They were amazing and product came in brand new, as advertised...I can not say enough of how this site helped save my Christmas"

worst customer service experience ever

"i ordered something on feb, they state that they will ship it instantly, and after 1 month ive sent them an email, and after 2 weeks i got the following reply
"you ordered this item in feb, it will be available in march and you will receive it in april"

in april i sent them another email telling them that march is gone, and still you didnt ship or do anything regarding my order, and they didnt even reply to my email

the fastest thing they do, is to deduct the order amount from your credit card

"I ordered a product late December and I still haven't received my order . After 3 months of trying to contact ishop express they finally replied and said they would contact me with a solution after 48hrs. After waiting another week I still had no reply so use ishop express at your own risk."

Poor customer service

"I ordered something mid February. So far I have not received anything. I tried to contact their customer service twice but never got any reaction.
They have been very fast with booking the money from the credit card but that about it. Honestly I do not expect to get my item anymore but maybe I get a surprise.

Still I can't recommend that shop and will for sure not order anything there again.

Extremely poor customer service

"After placing an order in December to be shipped directly to a gift recipient, the product was never received. I reached out to customer service and got no response at all. I then went through the Better Business Bureau and was finally able to get a line of communication. However, it's been a struggle to get any resolution. I'm told the shipment was refused and and now the package can't be located. Any way this is looked at, I did NOT get what I ordered and PAID for and iShopExpress has made it clear that they have no intentions on trying to help me get this resolved nor will they refund my money. I believe that mistakes happen but I don't believe that as the customer I should be responsible for a lost package that was not received. Financially, I feel as though I was scammed out of $100+. I'd advice against doing business with this company, they clearly don't value their customers."
