"I ordered an item on March 10, they charged my credit card almost immediately then I had to write an email 8 days laetr to ask about shipping. They apologied for the delay and promised to be shipped accelerated by 2-day service. After another week I called asking what is going on. They said it's not yet shipped, but will be "today". It wasn't. However I received this item on March 31st.
I wanted to share my experience to let everybody know what to expect from iSellSurplus.com. Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews about this store before my order.

"Hi. I just got my tracking info and I'm very disappointed, because yesterday when I called one the customer service people told me that my package was shipped on Monday, but based on UPS info it did not get shipped until Wednesday (liars). A week ago when I called to find out the status of my order I was told that one of the items I ordered was on back order, but their website was showing 1800 in stock (liars). The guy I talked to: said that he will change shipping from ground to 2-3 day shipping. Guess what, based on UPS it is a still ground (Liars). I'm going to publish my experience on multiple web sites so people would know whom they are dealing with. Your prices are good, but with out customer service it sucks. This the last time I’m ordering from their website."

"I purchased an iX104 tablet pc, which this store claimed would ship by the end of Feb. It did not. Repeated calls to them finally produced an expectation that it would ship "in a couple of weeks". I asked for a refund on 3 March and was told it would be processed via PayPal. Over the course of a week, repeated calls to this retailer did not get the refund they had promised. Submitting a dispute to PayPal did, in fact, produce action and I now have my money back on 11 March.

DO NOT BUY from ISellSurplus. They are nice on the phone, their web site is cool, but they do not do what they say.

"I ordered a tablet pc from this company. Although it was shown as “in stock’ on the website, they did not actually have the product, but my credit card was charged anyway. I was told that it would be a couple of weeks before the computers would be received/shipped and I was given the chance to cancel my order. I choose to wait. After the shipping date came and went, I inquired what the status of the item was. I was told that the tablets were backordered again. At this time I canceled my order, and was assured by isellsurplus.com that my credit card would be refunded promptly. It has now been many weeks and several e-mail and telephone calls. Each time I contact them I’m told my refund will be issued quickly, but it never happens. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and will be filing complaints with Attorney Generals of Arizona and Nevada.

"I ordered a motherboard and power supply from this company which I thought was at a great price. First it seemed to take quite a long time for my order to change status. Even though they were quick to charge my credit card It was hard to verify if the order had gone through. It took at least 3-4 emails to finally get a response from customer service. Finally close to 2 weeks later I recieved the items I ordered. Which were correct and as described."

"My order was fulfilled without a problem. It took a little longer than I expected, but it was probably because it was sent through regular U.S. Postal Service mail. "Easily the worst web shopping experience I had in many years. The web site indicated that everything was in stock (7 items), but it turns out that nothing was.

After multiple phone calls, listening to false promises (already shipped, will be shipped tomorrow, etc.), the merchandise finally arrived after "only" 6 weeks from the date of initial order.

Needless to say, my credit card was charged immediately after placing the order.

I will not purchase from this vendor again. The experience was awful and the prices are not that great anyway.

"My order has no packing slip, contains the "Wrong" floppy drive". I ordered a USB floppy and got one that has to be installed. I have no slots to install it to, and, I DID NOT ORDER IT. I did not get my free Nero software as I was told I would.

I am very upset, it took 2 weeks to get this stuff and it is 50% thw wrong stuff.

"ISellSurplus.com has excellent prices, especially when they are running a sale on already low prices. During their last 2-for-1 sale, I bought 2 HDD coolers, a 10' crossover ethernet cable, and the Nero 6.6 Suite (OEM version) for under $20.00. Additionally, they often throw in a product for free, the Nero Suite in this case, with any order.

A bonus with this site is the ability to calculate the shipping cost, which allows me to know my total, before personal information during checkout is entered. This lets me know if I have found the best online deal without devulging my personal information.

Processing and shipping is relatively quick. I don't think I have had an order take longer than 5 business days from order to delivery.

ISellSurplus gives me extremely competitive pricing on a good choice of components, with fast processing and shipping; a great site for the bargain-hunter.
