isave? NO, save your time!

"I had the worst customer service experience of my life! I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator replacement filter and they sent me a Maytag one. Called twice during off hours and never retuned my phone calls. Finally when i got to speak to someone, he rudely told me that there is no need to argue because he is gonna refund! He also says that they don't care if the part is right or wrong, they ship whatever and its up to us either to keep it or return it because these are replacement parts and they don't guarantee that it will fit or work! The point is, they clearly sent me the wrong product and wouldn't take blame or apologize or offer to send the right one! Now i see why they are at the rock bottom in every rating website!!! I ordered this product from walmart.com but somehow Walmart outsourced this to iSave! . Please don't shop at iSave, rather go save your time!

They sent me defective item

"I ordered a Nokia replacement battery from them at Walmart.com (a pack of two). One of the batteries was defective because did not hold charge at all and therefore - a complete waste. Not to mention they can't even provide decent packaging. Horrible. "

"Ive tried twice to get batteries for my digital camera and both times they've sent the wrong size! This is getting tiring plus I missed the opportunity to use the camera when I needed it the most. This will be my last order. "

Terrible!

"Don't ever buy from this seller! What a complete waste of time and a HUGE headache!! I ordered a bed and got 50 different emails saying 50 different things. I tried to call and figure out when the bed was coming but I couldn't get through to anyone. Tracking number cannot be tracked. Absolute confusion, zero clear communication. They have my 3,000 dollars and I have NOTHING!"

Walmart should be ashamed

"Bought a three pack of an item. Only one arrived. Walmart said there is nothing that can do...wrong. Walmart.com allows these folks to falsely advertise and deliver wrong item and won't
correct the error. Moreover, isave folks rude about the issue and say they are not responsible for the publication on the site....so.....no one steps up for the customer. Horrible experience all the way around.

Not willing to fix their own mistakes !!! Never purchase from iSave.com !!!!

"BUYER BEWARE: These guys (isave.com) are a freakin joke. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I place order for 6 person Inflatable Boat which was advertised for $119.99, free shipping.
I end up receiving 3 person boat instead !!! It was 100% mistake on walmart.com (Sold by iSave), because right not 3 person boat is $119.99 and 6 person boat is $100 more. They're Indian speaking, hard to understand and not willing to help. Even return label takes up to 48 hours !!! Of course they will NOT ship the correct item and loose money - only refund is an option!!! Horrible company! Just one lie after another. Don't do business with these people. Too many good vendors to have to deal with their horrible treatment of customers!

Begging for my money

"I got a cellphone from this vendor through Walmart.com back in September.
It was delivered to a wrong apartment by the delivery guy, Fedex was the company used to deliver the item. I submitted a claim just the day after the delivery was made and started an investigation, Isaved didn’t want to help as someone else signed the package at the wrong apartment. After FedEx confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address FedEx refunded the money to Isaved on a check that was sent to this vendor on November 15, 2015.
At the moment I still begging for a full refund back to my account and I just received a letter from Walmart saying they are no putting the credit back to the account as Isaved is not willing to give my money back. It means this company got $732.95 from and and Fedex and they still saying Fedex is lying to me which I consider really unprofessional. Their customer service skills are extremely bad and the supervisor named Scott treated me as I was making up stories even having a conference call with the Fedex customer service department. Now I have to pay for my credit card, before I get my credit score screwed, for a cellphone I never got.

This is a scam; please make sure you notice you are not buying from this vendor before placing an order.

"Purchased a Yakima Bike rack through Isave.com. When I went to install the first thing I noticed was that there was a small bolt missing that is needed to install the bike rack to my trailer hitch. No big deal, I ran to the hardware store and bought one for $ .43. It was then that I knew that someone else had install this rack at some point. The next think that I discovered was that one of the rubber bike retainers was broken.

I immediately sent an email to ****@****. After a week, with no response, I called and spoke to Percy. He listen and said that if I wanted to ship the whole bike rack back to them, they would give me a credit for the purchase price. When I asked him about the $25 shipping fee he said that I would have to pay that.

Let me get this, you sale me a bike rack that is missing a part and has another broken part and you expect me to ship it back to you and pay the shipping.

My expectation is that they would ship me the broken part or reimbursement to buy it locally. Worst case is for me to ship it back to them and the pay the shipping.

I will never buy from Isave.com. again.

"After reading reviews I was skeptical of the order I'd placed prior to reading. I ordered a download version of a Garmin Nuvi map lifetime update. I'm normally accustomed to my link and activation codes almost being sent instantly. I called iSave and was informed by a CS rep that it takes maybe a couple of hours to appear. Two and ahalf hours passed and my email came in. I suspected it had come in from someone other than iSave, and I was right. But everything appears to be in order. I'll know more when I get home and follow the instructions for my download.

Now as far as iSave goes, I have concluded they are merely a broker with no real physical storefront. My download link originated from a third party and the price I paid to iSave is the same price the originating seller showed. That tells me iSave works off commission from others. Therefore, any problem you may have needs to be resolved with their seller first. I'm not an iSave employee and I was not asked to write this. I'm just throwing in my two cents.

Brokerage selling seems to be quite normal these days. I am a government employee with the State of Tennessee and I see brokerage buying and selling all the time. If we have a problem, we have to wait on our seller to resolve the issue with their seller.

Anyway, I'm satisfied so far and I'm giving them 4 stars. After I make sure all is well (or not), I may revise my rating up or down.

7/22/2015 EDIT: Okay, I followed the instructions in the email sent to activate and download my product. Went off without a hitch except for a little snag on the Garmin site. But that's not the fault of iSave.
The price paid to iSave was $40 less than Amazon and $10 less than Garmin. I have upped three categories by one star.

"ISave sells items in the Newegg.com marketplace. Under NO circumstances should you order ANYTHING from this reseller. I ordered a Plantronics headset, and they sent an older model -- not what I ordered. I attempted to contact their customer service and could never get through. Newegg customer service had to put me in touch with them. Then they indicated they'd issue a full refund when I returned the item - which I did. Then they sent me ANOTHER ITEM to avoid issuing me a refund. Then I was told that if I rejected the package they would issue the refund as soon as the shipping indicated that I did so. STILL NO REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM ISAVE!!!!"

"iSave is in the NewEgg marketplace. I ordered Plantronics headsets and connectors that wer advertised at 10 packs. I only received 2 pack. After a month and a half of trying to work with them, all they will do is offer me a refund on my purchase. The ads didn't get updated on their website until recently. "

"My company orders many fax machines. We tried this one recently and I am currently on the phone with this company. I shipped them back their machine and received my refund. The shipment caused $37.57 that they said they would refund me. I still have not received the shipment refund. I called yesterday and they said the supervisor was too busy I would have to call back. Well today I stayed on hold for over an hour for the supervisor and they eventually hung up. I am now on the line with them, again on hold for over 30mins to speak to the supervisor.
This company is the absolute worst.
Btw two of the machines we have ordered, DIDN'T EVEN WORK!
Cheap cheap cheap
I will leave every bad review I can on every website that I can.
And having over 53 stores that each need fax machines, YOU WILL BE LOSING A VALUED CUSTOMER.
