"iResQ is a terrific repair facility. I had an old (57 months) MacBook Pro with a cracked LCD screen and sent it to iResQ for repair. I sent it on a Monday morning and had it back Wednesday evening. Amazing. Shipping was well packed and secure.

Only cons I would mention are the following: The order page when selecting an LCD screen currently allows you to choose "UPS No Sig Required" but they will not ship a laptop no sig due to the liability it presents. I alerted them to this error on the order page and they have been aware and are currently updating their order page.

Finally, the screen that was replaced was a flat matte rather than my original "glossy" LCD screen that originally came with the laptop. They don't specify the "type" of LCD screen on their site. Just an fyi.

The repair itself was immaculate. Great work, professional service.

"I live in California and was looking to have my iPhone fixed. The apple store, after a 45 minute wait, told me it would be $150. I called a few local shops and they all quoted less than half that. I found iResQ online and thought I would give them a shot so I would not have to deal with more lines, driving and hassle of going to downtown Los Angeles.

I shipped my phone out Monday evening and had my phone in hand by Wednesday mid morning. Throughout the process I had notification emails telling how things were progressing. The price was half of Apple's including shipping. The speed was QUICK. The service was EXCELLENT. Thanks. I will be back to get my Macbook's hard drive replaced later.

"Dear iResQ - thank you, thank you, thank you...your easy-to-use and readily contactable customer service are a fresh breeze in this day and age. I just got my repaired "old school" iPod back today. In under a week, iResQ helped with shipment to them, diagnosis, repair, and return to me...with a hard drive upgrade to boot. This of course was predicated on the fact that I had dropped my iPod smack flat onto the floor like a bellyflopping board diver.

I have now used you guys twice and have been ALWAYS been empressed by the great job that you do. I appreciate your emphasis on customer service. I have also shared your name with others who have used you as well as have been equally impressed. Keep up the grest work. Clark Totten

"Excellent overall service experience! The customer service provided by the Tech Manager, Bryan Moeller was exceptional. The level of communication, clarity and follow-through was outstanding. The turnaround time was quick and the cost of the repair was more than reasonable. In fact, there was an issue a few weeks after the iPod was returned to me and iResQ was committed to a resolution, which satisfied me, despite it being at a loss to them. I highly recommend iResQ , they provide an extraordinary service, which is easy and extremely reliable."

"This is my second time using iResQ as a provider of Apple ipod product repair. I used them the first time to repair a headphone jack on my ipod nano. They informed me that the headphone jack was fine, and I found out the headphones I was using were bad. They refunded the repair cost and only charged me shipping!. The second time was for my daughter's ipod touch for a headphone jack and battery replacement. They turned it around the same day! Highly recommended!"

"Too bad they say they are an Apple Authorized Service Provider, but then do repairs with 3rd party parts ! My warranty is void now ! I had a MacBook LCD replaced from them, then 3 months later had an issue and have 3 year Apple Care. Apple repair said the LCD shorted the logic board, but since I had a 3rd party LCD, it was not covered ! I found out iResq did not use a valid Apple part. They are not very honest about what they do. Only use them if you don't care about your warranty still being intact after they are done with it."

"I did a lot of research and was skeptical about using the best value I could find to repair my laptop. I found your price to be the best and hoped that the quality of work would be good. I was VERY satisfied, to say the least, with the price of the repair, the quality of work done, and the efficiency of the turnover time. I sent my laptop in for LCD repair in my own box and used USPS Priority shipping on Friday. It arrived to iResQ on Monday morning at which point iResQ sent me an email at around 10am that my laptop had been received. Less than 4 hours later, I received another email from iResQ that my MacBook Pro was being shipped back. I received another email from UPS that a shipment was being sent my way. Tuesday noon I received my MacBook Pro and I was very pleased with the outcome. It was such an easy process. I highly recommend iResQ and I plan on referring all my friends."
