"I highly recommend this service!

SPEEDY SERVICE. My son's gen 4 iPod had a severely cracked screen. I sent it in to Milliamp, a process facilitated by the shipping tags they sent me. The repair only took a week.

GREAT COMMUNICATORS. From the time I sent the iPod until the day I got it back I received 10 emails from this company. They talked me through each stage of testing and shipping. The emails came from people and were not automatically generated (gasp). How do I know? I responded to them and heard back.

I would use Milliamp again in a heartbeat. They were friendly and professional. And, now I have a good-as-new iPod.

"Milliamp guys rock. Wonderful job in fixing my son's 80gb Ipod classic. What I was impressed was their communication every step of the way. They patiently explained any doubts and even send pictures of a part to alleviate my confusion. Their inclusion of the defective parts as proof of replacement was outstanding. Next day air shipping was highly appreciated by my son. Thanks for a fantastic job."

"Milliamp truly, truly stands behind their service- even with an unusual post-repair situation. I originally sent in my iPod nano 4th generation for a battery replacement. When I got it back I noticed that I could not turn the iPod unless I flipped the hold switch on then off again. When I contacted Milliamp about the post-repair issue, it was eventually escalated to the owner of Milliamp. The website even says that issues can be escalated to the owner if needed. Milliamp determined that the problem was the logic board which can cost $80-100. Since the owner said they would stand behind their service, they agreed to cover the cost of building a logic board and the additional shipping involved. Throughout the entire process, they constantly updated me on the status and shipping. They even update you that they receive the device from you - relieving my anxiety of the item not getting there. Anyways, I got the device back and it works great! I was truly surprised and delighted with the follow up and sense of reassurance in this unusual post-repair situation. That really builds trust. I know whom to go to when I need my iPod or IPhone serviced."
