"I did a search for a particular CD - this company said they had the one I wanted. I paid through Paypal but I have never received what I purchased. I have also not been able to talk with anyone at the company - they will not answer emails, letters, or phone calls."

"On 15 Jul 06 I placed an order online for a soundtrack CD entitled "From the Earth to the Moon." I was billed through PayPal, but I never received the product. On 31 Jul 06, I submitted an e-mail inquiry to their service department ("****@****") asking when I could expect to receive the CD. I received no response. On 28 Aug, I logged on to INetDVD.com in an attempt to "track" my purchase. Their website had no record of my existence, nor did it show my payment transaction, even though I received an e-mail confirmation from InetDVD.com on 15 Jul 06 confirming both the purchase and the PayPal transaction. Shortly thereafter, I submitted an e-mail to the "****@****" address stating my intentions to file a formal complaint if I once again received no response. I received no response an subsequently filed action through PayPal. The case is now closed and I am still without my money or the CD since iNetDVD.com's PayPal account does not have any fund from which to transfer. Throughout this whole fiasco, iNetDVD.com has made no attempt to respond to either my inquiries, or the inquiried of the PayPal Resolution Team. Take my advice...DO NOT do ANY business with this worthless excuse for a "company.""

"Ordered two "new" cds, never got any email and didnt hear from these guys for over 2 weeks. After about 20 emails asking where they were they said they were on their way. another week and a half went by and I finally received my order: one was completely wrong and the other was used and scratched. when I gave them negative feedback on ebay they responded by giving ME negative feedback, as if I did something wrong! I will NEVER EVER deal with this company again and I warn you not to do so either! "

"Inet DVD processed my payment on 9/9/2005. Said it shipped on 9/12/2005. I paid for Priority Shipping Insured. It is 9/28/2005. Still no DVD, Refund or Response from InetDVD. Avoid this company. Idiots run this place. BBB will be involved. Shut this company down. They even have a website that can't stand them: www.inetdvdsucks.com"

"Ordered DVD cases from these people after I had not
received my order (3 weeks later) I tried to call them a couple times a day for a week, all I got was
a voice mail to leave a message, of course they never got back with me. Tried calling again an the voice mail was full. Got a response from email that I would get a refund of course it never happened. I would never deal with these people again.

"Won an Ebay auction and paid via their own checkout. After 10 days and no delivery I go to their website to check status. The item has not been shipped and there is a notation that there is a problem and to contact customer support. I called customer support and got a message that nobody was available to take my call and to leave a message. I did this twice on two different extentions. I am still waiting for a callback! IF there was a problem, you would think they would contact you. Now I will have to fight with the credit card company for a refund. I would leave negative feedback for them on Ebay as well but of course if you do, they can leave spite negative feedback for you. At least this wasn't a lot of money."

"Ordered a used CD and paid in full via PayPal. Received a myriad of email from inetDVD regarding "how to pay", and no acknowledgement of my order or payment. A week later, received an email indicating that my order was processed, supplying a URL to check status. Checked status and found a message stating "Issue with order - Contact Customer Service". Endless emails to their customer service went unanswered. Left two phone messages that were also unreturned. Finally reached them two weeks after the order and was told the CD was damaged and they were "waiting for another to arrive, but they didn't know when it would come in." (!!!) They offerred to refund my payment via PayPal (which I'm still waiting to see). This is an amateur operation (probably out of someone's bedroom) at best. I'd keep away if i were you.

VERY IMPORTANT: InetDVD does the bulk of their business via ebay. I have discovered that they have accrued over 1,000 (!) NEGATIVE feedbacks on ebay, and that in EVERY SINGLE CASE, whenever anyone posted negative feedback to warn others, InetDVD posted retaliatory negative feedback to the buyer's account. Based on this, I STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT do any business with them.
