"Buyer Beware! My dress arrived in a matter of days- very quick shipping, and a nice dress. But they call most of their dresses SPECIAL ORDER just so you can't exchange them for another size without paying a 50% restocking fee. There is nothing special order about a dress that arrives almost instantly. This is an ordinary, in stock, item. Also the dresses are not true to size and run very small, so you will end up with a dress that won't fit and not be able to return it! They know this so include extra fabric!!! Customer service is great when you want to buy and horrible if you have a problem. You can't try on the dress, you can't exchange it for another size, and you are stuck. Most of the dresses are knock offs of designers and have design and fit flaws. My dress is large in the hips and tiny in the bust line, for example, which is very odd. I have never had this problem with other companies. Avoid them! "
