"I really miss these guys. They were fast to ship, and everything worked. They were a well oiled machine. Their site is still up, but it indicates that they are not selling anything right now. Companies like Bzboyz are still in business, but these guys are gone.

"Update: it's been almost three months since I cancelled an order with this company and the charge is still on my credit card. Repeated emails have gone unanswered and pleas to credit the charge unheeded. How these clowns got such a high reseller rating is beyond me. Don't fall for it!!!"
"I needed to buy some PC150 ram and they were listed on Pricewatch so I ordered (since their webpage said it was in stock). I got a call at the end of the day telling me to call them back "about my order". Of course when I called they were out of stock. They seemed VERY uninterested by the fact that their webpage was incorrect. I told them to cancel the order and give me a confirmation number. He said they would email me one. 2 days later with no email I sent a complaint to their sales department. Stuff got busy for me the next couple of days and I forgot about the incident..assuming like an idiot that a complaint would remedy the situation, and that it was probably already refunded. Well, when I got my next statement a month later the charge was still on the form. Long story long, after a nasty voicemail, email and complaint to Pricewatch I miraculously was refunded the money. I had an email ...non-apologetically... informing me that a credit would be put towards my account within 24-48 hours. I wouldn't buy from these guys again, even if they were the holders of the only donor heart my body wouldn't reject."
"Poor service. Bait and switch scheme. I ordered OCZ SDRAM from the company. What I recieved was a generic ram. When I contacted the company, the sales rep refered me to the RMA department, then came back on the line and told me that they were on the phone and would call me back. They never called me back. They didnot answer my emails. When I called the RMA department, they were "on the phone with another customer leave your phone number and they'll call you back". Needless to say, they didn't. I won't do business with them again"
