"I have heard very bad reviews about this company if i am being very honest but i bought it with warranty.. it has been a whole week since i have had it and i havent had any problems. It is already prebuilt so there wasnt much do to except plug it in. "I had an issue with my iBUYPOWER Unit Y60BI9N4701 freezing up on me randomly. I called support and was almost immediately connected with a very nice gentleman named Deric. He sympathetically recognized my concern and immediately started asking all of the right questions. I knew at that time that my issue was going to be figured out and a resolution was going to be put in motion today. I was right, Deric was able to diagnose the RAM as the culprit and started the process of establishing an RMA so I can send the hardware back for replacement under the 1 year part warranty. Deric even helped me get the computer registered on the iBUYPOWER website (Required to have warranty) and offered me an advanced RMA option which will allow me to buy the chips upfront and when I send back the defects, I will be reimbursed. It was this or disable my computer for some time to send the RAM in and they will send the new ones when they receive the defects in the mail. Deric obviously did a great job at explaining all of this and even helped me with a few questions I had that were unrelated to the repair. This is a fine example of extraordinary customer service mixed with knowledgeable help and advice. Keep up the great work iBUY! You definitely have a customer for life, not only for the great product but also and most importantly, the attention to your customers' needs and offering practical solutions to resolve issues that are uncontrollable. Thank you again Deric for the great experience and seamless troubleshooting. Your attention to detail and obvious passion for what you do really shows and you should be really proud of yourself!
