My experience with this purchase was fine. However, renewing my previous subscription for Office 365 was disastrous. On 5 December 2023 you attempted to obtain payment for renewal, claiming two amounts viz. R1502.41 and R 1499.00. My bank required my confirmation that these amounts were not fraudulent. I did not recognize the first amount, so could not provide confirmation. My bank blocked my credit card pending confirmation. I was unable to contact you, so could not confirm. The bank then had to cancel my credit card and issue a new one. I was considerably inconvenienced because I did not have the credit card for about 6 weeks so had to make other, inconvenient arrangements for my purchases."
