"After waiting since January for a duvet set & trying to re-order & emailing them (no response!) I tried again to re-order the duvet set. I entered into 'live chat' with "Emma" who informed me that 'the products of that website (Home to room) are all off the shelf :( So we don't offer any products of that website now :(". LiveChat then asked for any suggestions I may have so that they could be of more help, to which I suggested that they remove this site as they don't have any products! Unbelievable! "

"Having been delighted with my purchase of My Love Duvet Set, this has turned to great disappointment in Home To Room and I will never purchase from them again. I paid £79.00 for A Duvet Set which now has a Duvet Cover with a broken zip. I e-mailed them 4 times, with no reply, and entered a live chat to be told they would cover the cost of me getting it repaired. Having read other reviews, I have little trust in their word. I was quickly disconnected from live chat after I asked for a replacement. Hence not being able to get connected to them again! Beware! Do not purchase anything from them and also let all your friends and family know about them."

"Absolute awful, had I seen this website before I ordered I would have not ordered.
Wrong size duvet cover, pillow cases put together very strangely, no care instructions or material information on the item.
Customer service not being helpful. Very disappointed, especially as this was bought as a gift.
They just keep asking for pictures and I will scream if I get another smiley face from the customer service department!!

"Appalling company. Do not use them. I ordered bed linen advertised as 100% cotton but when it arrived (nearly 3 weeks later) it was 50% polyester. The quality of the goods is extremely poor - the pillow cases are a different colour to the duvet cover, and the embroidery is extremely tatty and frayed. Despite providing photos of the poor quality workmanship and highlighting their failure to provide 100% cotton as advertised, HometoRoom are still refusing to give me a full refund. Although they say they are a UK-based company I have yet to find any evidence of that. I will never buy from this company again."

"Do not buy from them! They are not a uk company quality of items are poor. Communication is terrible and only via email, they disregard your questions with standard responses! Items are shipped from china and if you want to return (bedding) they say the refund will take "long time" and shipping would cost £50+! "NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - They will not help you with refunds or exchanged. They do not have tracking. Their products are terrible. They have the worst customer service ever. They cannot even send an order confirmation. It has taken me weeks to get this, despite my goods already being in transit.

They claim to be based in London but are based somewhere in China.

DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

"Be warned - despite appearances this is NOT a UK company - they are based out of Hong Kong. When we realised this and that our order would take weeks to arrive we tried to cancel but they said our order had already shipped but it was only when we complained to PayPal that they gave us shipping itnformation and they actually shipped a week after we cancelled. They continuously lie to you - don't go near them!!!"
