Bad Customer Service, misleading descriptions.

"I ordered Acura puddle lights because the description said “Guaranteed to fit” When the item came, it came with Zero instructions..When I emailed them I was told to go to Acura for them. Then I wrote back and they sent them. Turns out, they did not fit, the instructions said to remove the door panels and drill holes in the door panels.. That was never described or else I would not get them.

Guaranteed to fit means replaces old in my book.. then when I asked to return this item I was told to go to Acura and have them install them. I asked to return them because the description was mid leading and was told I have to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay the return shipping..: BAD BUSINESS!!! I eventually installed them because they were robbing me to send them back..

Wrong Parts - Poor Refund

"I found HondaAcuraonline.com after searching the internet for the best price for parts for my Acura. When I entered the year, model and body style of my car on their website it clearly stated that these parts would fit my car, and the price was attractive, so I ordered the parts and received them in just a few days. However, they would not fit my car and when I contacted them about this they said I had the wrong part number and if I had included my VIN with the order (not required at the time) I would have been told that they were the wrong parts.

They offered to take the parts back with no restocking fee, but I would have to pay the return shipping, and I also had to provide them with several photos of the box to show that it wasn't damaged. I shipped the parts back and after waiting several days with no refund I asked them where it was. I almost immediately received a PARTIAL refund via PayPal. When I questioned them about the shortfall they said I had to pay the restocking fee because I didn't order the correct parts from them. Their price for the correct parts was not competitive and they did not mention that requirement in any earlier correspondence.

So the upshot of all of this was that I ordered parts that didn't fit, although was told that they did, paid shipping both ways, and paid a restocking fee, all of which added up to more than half of the original price, for nothing.
