"I've ordered 2 DVD's, and one was apparently a defective item, and my email notification of the problem to hkDVDstore was quite promptly responded, and service was very good! Although it took a little while for me to get the replacement DVD, the whole return process worked out fine, as is the replacement DVD (The Untold Story - Human BBQ Buns / which is is probably the top-3 all time Chinese-based violent-macabre-gore flick ever!). Oops, that reminds me, I'm supposed to return the defective DVD!
I'll definitely do business with hkDVDstore again!!!

"This site has the best prices on Hong Kong cinema compared to any site I've visited. When ordering, it seems to take several days to validate your credit card and ship your order. It takes even longer if you order on Friday, because I don't believe this business operates on the weekends. Most other sites ship much faster, so if speed is your concern, I would go elsewhere. Most DVDs that I've received have been exactly what I wanted and expected. I've ordered a total of 6 movies from this site. Once, a movie I received had troubles with playback on all machines I tried to play it on (XBox, Playstation 2 and Hitachi DV-P415 DVD/CD/Video CD player). I contacted the site via email and received a prompt response, but I was unsuccessful when attempting to contact them via telephone, even during business hours. I had no problems with the return, though. I was able to exchange the faulty DVD for the exact same movie after hkDVD tested the movie themselves and confirmed it was faulty.
