"Ordered a replacement combo lock. Got the exact replacement and a supplement included to tell us how to retrieve a lost combination which was an issue with another door lock we have. The manufacturer said we would have to send it in to them to have it recovered. Five minutes following the instructions on the supplement and our other lock is in operation again. I don't know if the supplement came from GoKeyless or the manufacturer, but it worked. Thank you. "
