"I writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience. This was my first order with gloprofessional, and likely the last. I love the products, but the experience was horrific. Initially, I placed an order and selected standard ground shipping to a PO Box. Nowhere during the checkout process does it specify what shipping method would be used other than a vague selection between ground or priority options. After placing the order I found that gloprofessional ships with UPS only. One can imagine my frustration upon realizing this, as UPS does not deliver to a PO Box.

I wrote the gloprofessional customer service team with a request to modify my address to my physical address on January 2, 2012. The reply was prompt and friendly. I was assured by a customer service representative, Andrea, "With orders under $100, we will ship USPS Mail." I was thrilled to hear this, but became very upset when I received my tracking information. On January 6, 2012 I received an email from gloprofessional with a confirmation of my order and my UPS ground tracking number. I called immediately to inquire about this and the gentleman that answered and assured me that the UPS service used would deliver to a PO Box. He did not tell me what service was used, but that it would deliver to my PO Box. I am familiar with some UPS services that do in fact deliver to PO Boxes, so I trusted his word. The tracking information shows the following:

Palatine, IL, United States 01/19/2012 7:31 P.M. The receiver has moved. UPS attempting to locate receiver to complete delivery, no delivery was made. / A postcard has been sent to the recipient requesting that they contact UPS.

01/10/2012 6:05 A.M. Post office box address. UPS is attempting to obtain an address to which delivery can be made, not delivered. / The address has been corrected. The delivery has been rescheduled.

I have not moved. My PO Box is accurate. There is no problem with the address. This problem occurred because gloprofessional used a shipping service that does not deliver to PO Box even though I repeatedly attempted to avoid and correct this mistake. I was away for a business trip from January 9, 2012 until January 15, 2012, so did not even realize that there was a problem until I went to my PO Box to pick up my mail today, January 20, 2012. I immediately reviewed the tracking information and then called gloprofessional. One thing I noticed is that the phone prompt for lost/missing packages leads you to a voicemail in which gloprofessional requests that you leave your information for someone to follow up. However, if you select the prompt to place a new order, there is staff ready and available to assist. I chose the option to place a new order so that my concern would be handled immediately. I spoke to a young lady that unlike the previous two representatives I had dealt with, was not professional. I would recommend that her supervisor review the phone call for quality monitoring. This young lady put me on hold to come back and tell me that they would reship a replacement today. I asked if gloprofessional planned to expedite the shipment due to the inconvenience, and was promised 2nd day UPS service shipping to my physical address. This young lady assured me that my order would ship today and would arrive on January 24, 2012 (Tuesday). Again, to my surprise, I received a confirmation email with the tracking number for UPS ground service scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 01/25/2012, by end of day.Once again, I was given incorrect information. After this experience, my expectation is that, at the least, my original shipping be refunded to my Visa card. It will be 3 weeks before I receive my product. I question gloprofessional. The name itself includes the word professional, but my experience is at the most amateur.

A very disappointed customer.
