"Order a VX2000 camcorder, was told that in stock and will ship right away. After refused to buy theiry "super expensive" accssories and warranty, called back the next day and order was on back order, so I cancel the order.

If you want to buy their product with extra expensive accssories and overpriced warranty, go for it, or else pay a little bit more and find yourself a good and responsible reseller.

"I placed my order by following a link from mysimon.com. I recieved an emial the next day telling me to phone them about my order. When i called, they had all my information correct and told me the order was being placed (gave no reason for my needing to contact them). Then after waiting about 9 days, i hit their website to check my order. It told me the order was cancelled (without my permission or a reason listed). So I called them back up and they told me that they would resubmit the order. They didn't. My wife finally called them again and found out what we should have been told on the first call. They weren't actually "in stock" of the item like their website said. They were still waiting for a shipment from the factory. Then they ask her if she would cancel her order, she says no. Now the price has gone up and I am less than confident that they will even process the order. I am almost mad enough to sue but New Jerrrsey is a long way to go for a small claims filing."
