"Here are some things that have been of benefit to us...
The Geofences work wonderfully we create fences around some zones in our routes to see what times they're getting to certain places. We also set them up at various pickup stops to insure our drivers are getting there when they say they are (they might be scanning the packages at a time when they're not there).
We can minimize idling time and save fuel obviously.
Our drivers don't speed through neighborhoods since we can monitor speed.
We can monitor our drivers progress through the day. Is he taking an hour long lunch? Is he bouncing all over the route because he's missing stuff?

It's a great level of security for my company, it improves our efficiency, creates a safer working environment, and it's much easier to hold our drivers accountable when necessary.
