An insurance that promises to work anywhere should know that multiple administrations abroad will have different standards in reporting expenses. But this is a very convenient excuse not to pay my refund. So, another insurance that only walks with your money. Will never use again."

"we were in paris for a week with 13 people. all communications between us was through texts to keep everyones cellular costs down. One person in our group had their cellular data service shut off as she didn't have an international plan. For whatever reason I was unable to to send or receive a text message using orange to the group with her in it. We couldn't find a way to delete her from the group. I coul send texts to everyone individually, except the person whose service was off. I texted orange for assistance but they didn't understand the problem. I ended up having to use my US cell service to text with the group which was quite expensive."
