"It is a scam. I paid £188.49 for Kingston glass table.
Never received one. No communication. No reply to my repeated email.
Avoid. I have already reached out to ActionFraud office.

"Same as the other complaints I ordered a wardrobe over the new year. I heard nothing until after the expected delivery date given on order, whereby I received a delay email stating the order would take an extra 3 weeks due to IT/Telephone issues. I have requested refund 3 times and not once received a reply and you can't get hold of them on the phone. I have contacted trading standards and sagepay (the pay service they use) and I will also be contacting my bank to effect a chargeback claim not that I will hold my breath on getting one. I have since done some further digging on this company they have been in business 3 years and there only seems to be 2 members of staff the director and the secretary. they have filed a move of registered business address 3 times in the last year, the last 2 moves being a month apart. I would stay well clear if I were you, I consider myself to be very savvy when it comes to internet shopping and have never had a problem before ordering from this company, a company who could well do with being chased down by dominic littlewood in my opinion."

"I have purchased a 6 door wardrobe from Furniture Countrywide (Registered Furniture Town LTD) on the 5th of December 2014 that was never received.
The wardrobe was meant for delivery 5-6 days after the order was made and all I received was a delay email from them.
They informed me about some quality issue on 26th of December and gave me an expected dispatch day what was 05th of January.
They are very difficult to communicate with, the number on their website goes to voicemail, no phone lines are answered, no emails returned, unable to contact the seller or receive a response, the voicemail is full.
I have already made a complain against them with my card issuer.
I am just wondering this company is still active.

"I placed an order with this company on the 5th Oct and since then there has been zero contact despite repeated emails and phone calls. They have failed with the basic legal requirement of providing an order confirmation. I don't think there is anyone in Furniture Countrywide ( or Furniture Town UK Ltd - the registered trading company) as the only person who answers the phone is a shared receptionist. I'm coming to the conclusion this company is a 'shell' and I doubt I will receive the item ordered. If they make no effort to contact me or deliver the item I will resort to a legal solution. This is at best a company with appalling customer service. Do not buy from them as there are many, many more professional companies to deal with. Furniture Coutrywide.......prove me wrong and get in contact with me."

"WORST service EVER! I ordered a dining table which they had in stock, 5+ weeks later i still don't have a usable table!
They made me wait at home 4 times for delivery before one actually came through ( and 2 hrs after a delivery slot of 4 hrs!). And each time a random different excuse, from they can't find the place, when i live in central London, to i didn't pick up when my phone never rang or got a message, etc etc...
Finally i got my table with the most unprofessional couriers where drivers talk back at you and assume you'll be waiting on the road for them!
You'd think think that's it but noooo, the product was completely damaged, like someone dropped it on a long flight of stairs made of crooked stone! They told me they'll replace it right away and gave me a delivery date in a week; after that week passed they told me sorry it needs 4 more weeks! And that is with my issue escalated to their top manager! What a joke! I'm still waiting for a resolution - Oh and let me also add, the table came with no assembly instructions and no screws/bolts! What a service! Will update u on what happens
