"I orderded on 11/17 and was sent a tracking number. When I try to track the number it says a pre ship label was creasted on 11/23/15. It is now 12/11/15 and no order. According to the post office shippers create pre shipping labels so they have something to provide a customer to keep them off their backs but then the never send the package to the post office to be mailed. What a scam, there phone number doesn't work and you can tell their email is computer generated because they do not address your question they just say it is in the shipping process. My daughter will be three gifts short this christmas as well as my pockets..

"I ordered items for my daughter on June 26. It is now July 23 and I have t gotten anything. They didn't show the order as fulfilled until July 17. Then shipped on July 22. Customer service is useless. Maybe we wlll get the items before summer ends "

"I have never had such a poor experience with an online store. I ordered 2 items on Dec. 12, so I was sure to have them by Christmas, as they were gifts. I never received my order, but I was charged for it. When I tried to find their customer service info to inform them of my issue, I realized that they do not provide a phone number only an email address. I emailed them with my order number and information, they're only response was to send me back a tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking info, it said the items were sent out on Dec 24th, nearly 2 weeks after I ordered them, and there was no street number or street name on the package so it was returned to the sender. I emailed them again, this time I said I wanted a full refund, they said they would handle the issue when they received the package back. That was on Dec. 31st. Today is Jan 6th, I have yet to hear from them or receive a refund. Very dissatisfied!! "
