Customer Disservice

"Horrible customer service. Ordered an item online and decided to cancel it about 12 hours later. I called the rep said they would cancel it and I emailed the night before just in case too. I was told it was all set. I get an email at close today saying my order cannot be cancelled.

So I call again and they said because a UPS label was created I can't cancel the order and now I need to pay out of pocket to return the item. I was also advised against refusing the delivery because they cannot guarantee a refund if I do. This company is most like a third rate third party company that Fox uses to sell their stuff. Overall awful company and terrible experience. I won't be back.

Stay away from fox movies

"Their support team ****....group of useless women who doesn't want to do their job or help....they will go out of their to screw the customer just because they can....I stopped collect fox movies due to the poor customer service and the false advertising of iTunes download ...."

"Made a pre-order for a movie back in May. Movie was shipped in mid-July which was defective. I sent in for a replacement sometime in early August. During the RMA process, address was continuously sent as wrong (I kept emailing them to correct this). They did finally correct this address for the RMA only. As a few weeks later, my replacement never arrived (they ended up shipping it to the mistaken address I told them via email repeatedly that was incorrect) and I had to go back and forth with this vendor and UPS in order to track the item. Then with Foxconnect, I had management tell me one thing, and the reps tell me another. As of this writing (Friday 9-11-15), this issue has not been resolved. Just nothing but "You'll have to wait 7-14 days". I had two individual reps telling me that order was being resubmitted to be resent, yet when I spoke to a manager, I was told that the delay was due to tracking where the original item was and that's what the hold up was. Which I'm thinking to myself "So which is it? Is the item being reordered, or are they just waiting for the item?"

I really do not get the impression that they have everything in order there. As each person seems to want to point fingers elsewhere and just want you to wait and give up on a resolution. Also, I get the impression that they will do as little as they can in resolving issues. And with that, I will never do business with this vendor again. As they simply do not care to follow up on any issues that arise. As each and every time, I've had to reach out to them in order to get a follow up. This is simply dreadful.
