Caution ordering online

"Three months ago my daughter ordered romper online with gift card and balance on credit card. There are no Forever21 stores in the area. She wears a small but this one was way too small. Read the exchange policy online and on the return form, and stated that clothes can be exchanged by paying to ship back, would take 4-6 weeks. Returned and marked clearly on return form the exchange boxes and for a medium. Almost forgot about it, followed up and they said they would issue a refund, stated I wanted an exchange. Forever21 stated there was a recent change of policy that they no longer do exchanges only refunds, exchanges only at stores (which there are none here). They refunded to gift card and credit card, both of which I no longer have. Forever21 got the money and kept the clothes. They also used the excuse it was no longer available in medium, but checking online it was still available. Caution to those purchasing from Forever21 online and the conveniently changing exchange policies."

Poor customer service...stealing ,only from customers

"I have been a very good customer for years here. I have purchased quite a few things online last month. Accidentally it was shipped to my old address where nobody resides. I have never received a notification or a courtesy call from Forever 21. The money has been taken from my account right away. Since I have NOT received the package and/or the call and/or a refund I decided to call them myself. I have tried multiple times to speak with the manager,but most of the representatives were rude and disrespectful....mostly useless and unhelpful...very disappointing. I was told by two of them that I was going to receive a call within 24-48 hours from the manager. I have specified it was urgent! I did receive the call 3 days later from a supervisor named Chris who didn't care about my issue and/or the resolution. He kept sending me off to on track shipping who I have contacted multiple times and they informed me they couldn't do anything to help me as Forever 21 had to give them authorization to pick up the package and redeliver it to the right address. I believe the job of the manager to manage his employees and customers questions, issues and concerns. He sounded like I was wasting his time and he definitely wasn't interested in helping me to resolve the issue created by Forever 21 in the first place. The customer service is HORRIBLE needless to say! I guess you get what you pay for...poor quality...poor customers service if any... low prices, but not all the time...just on sale pieces!!! I am very disappointed with this company...I am not sure how people let them treat them SO poorly! I will NOT buy from hem ever again..I'll share my unpleasant and unfair, careless experience...I'd never suggest everybody I know to buy from them! Moreover I haven't received the package...they have stole money from me and did NOTHING to correct it!

Love the Products, Hate the Site

"I love Forever 21 clothing for their affordability and the fact that they always stay on trend. However, the sizing on the site is so inaccurate sometimes. I typically wear a medium, yet three of the items I just bought barely even fit like a small, they were so tiny. It makes shopping online difficult when the site just does not accurately portray how clothes will fit. Plus, I had to pay for my own shipping when I returned the items. Overall, the items that did fit were good quality and were representative of what I saw online. But the ill fitting items left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth ): "

They do not refund you

"Not only does it take over a week to receive goods with no option for express shipping they have Absolutely terrible customer service who are rude when replying to emails and they do not refund you on time even after two weeks of received the return back.

Telling you that the returns are shipped back to Netherlands center for their “approval” when you have ordered and shipped back to their uk center.

Worst thing is they don’t even care just look at the number of bad reviews they have here and they don’t care to even reply. It’s not long before this company goes bust. This kind of attitude with customers and trying to hold onto their money for as long as you can will not get you far.

No business ethic, liar...

"I ordered 6 items from Forever21 before Christmas. When they arrived, I found one of them was totally different from the pictures and from the descriptions posted on the website. So, I wanted to return and the shipping cost should be on Forever21 because it’s not my fault. Once the issue was sent to you, you asked me to send the pictures of the items and explanations. I did show the pictures of the real items plus the pictures on the website and explained about the descriptions you have on the website. On the day I submitted the pictures, I RE-LOOKED the descriptions on the website (on January 17th) to make sure that I didn’t overlook anything and I found that the descriptions were the same as what I saw in December- the time I ordered. After submitting everything you requested, you disappeared for a week, then they got back to the website, edited the word to make it right and came back to the customer (me) and said they already mentioned about it! Sorry, I have a captured screen of the descriptions on website before you edited/added that statement- an evidence to show the world that Forever21 is unethical!!!! I don’t know what’s behind your thinking process. Where do you get the idea of this unethical behavior from? It's easy to just throw away this deceiving product, but I boycotted such business behavior which I found it unprofessional and unethical! I would definitely ban this corporate and will spread this issue.

Horrible Costumer Service

"Worst online shopping ever!!!!
OMG they don't help and understand you! They always ask "Is there anything I can do other than this problem?" They don't listen, wait for your reply/question, etc. They keep telling that.
Also their store and online prices are different and they don't do price adjustment! How cool!
Do not shop -especially do not order online- if you don't want to lose your money!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

"I made an online purchase on November 25th (cyber Monday) of about $470+. The next day I made another smaller purchase of about $25. Later that day I received an email "confirming my cancellation request" which I never made. I contacted Forever21 and was informed that my shipping and card info did not match and was therefore cancelled-which I find peculiar because I placed the second order was successfully shipped and received. I placed another order of about $274 (by this time half the items I wanted in the previous order were sold out) and shipped them to the hotel I was staying at. I requested 1-2 shipping at this point however when I received the email confirming my order it had standard shipping. Not realizing that it would've taken 2-3 days to process my order. By the time that order shipped it was scheduled to arrive the same day I was checking out of my hotel. I contacted Forever21 2 days in advance to inform them of the situation and to request (as was suggested by FEDEX) a change of address. I was told that this was not possible to due the order status being shipped. Fedex however maintained that it was not only possible but that it was done all the time and only required a phone call or email from Forever21. Forever21 refused to assist and as a result Fedex did not leave the package at the front desk (who I informed that a package was coming for me). I contacted Fedex once again to arrange for a third party to collect the package from the distribution center it was being held at. I contacted Forever21 and informed them of my arrangement for the next day. The following day, at 9:30am before contacting my third party courier I tracked the package and discovered that it had been updated to return to sender. I contacted Fedex, livid over the fact that I spent a day making international calls to arrange for the collection of my package only to be informed that Forever21 had sent an email requesting return of the package at 9:00am that morning. Accepting defeat I contacted Forever21 concerning a refund only to be informed that a refund could take up to 6 weeks! Furthermore it is December 22, and the package was received by Forever21's warehouse from Monday December 18th and I am being forced to wait on an email acknowledging their receipt and offering a refund or a new shipping address. Something is terribly wrong with this. I have shipped items before with online businesses who use other couriers and was allowed to change my shipping address after two unsuccessful attempts at delivery were made. The sender was not involved because the items BELONGED TO ME! Secondly, there was no attempt by Forever21 to assist me receiving my items. I contacted them before, during and after shipping and there was no attempt to mitigate this situation. Yes a company has policies; but when they adversely affect your customers you may want to revise them. Additionally, if the items were received 4 days ago why are they not scanned at the point of receipt? Forever21 has my money and the items at this point and I am being told to wait until after the holidays for this email. It's been more than one month since my order and this is where I am at and I am beyond furious!"

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

"I had ordered a package with over 200 dollars that says it was delivered to my house on December 4. However, there was no package in sight and so i called Canada post to see if they had actually dropped off the package and they did. Long story short, someone probably stole the package.
I called forever 21 in desperation as i ordered multiple Christmas gifts for friends and family. After being on and off the phone for 14 hours. Nothing. They want to file a 21 day investigation. That's all i got from them. I have spoken to 7 different workers and all of them are no help. None of them will reimburse me or send out another orders after hours on the phone with them- in that time i had 2 of them hang up on me. They do not guarantee a reimbursement and nothing to make up for this. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I had a problem like this with an online site before and they sent a new package right away. I as a loyal customer to forever 21 but after this experience with the absolute rudeness of all that i spoke to, i will make sure that nor i or anyone i know ever wastes a minute of their life on this pathetic scum filled store.

False Advertisement

"The store in Kissimmee, Fl had two racks with the sign Buy one and One Free. The smallest letter possible said it was based on the cheapest of the two items. But the manager said that that it wasn't like that. The if it did not have a red tag it did not apply. So we asked why were the items on the rack if the offer did not apply to all the merchandise, and he upset said they could not be looking after all the customers that place clothes on the wrong racks. Then the whole lot on the racks did not qualify for the advertisement. He got very upset when we told him it was a false advertisement and asked us in a nasty way if there was anything else we needed because he was too busy and had to get back. If that was the manager (supposedly) what can you expect from the employees. We placed the clothes back on the rack and promised never to go back.

No product or refund

"I ordered two body suits on the global store and tracked them excitedly until they were lost in transit. I sent two online enquiries (meant to have a 24 hour response time) and received no response from either enquiry. I then contacted Australian post who gave me a reference number to give to forever21 so I could request a refund. I then sent the details of my order to the customer service email address and received an email saying they would reply within 48 hours. I never got a reply. I then sent another email (super friendly) asking for a follow up, which I was given the response (48 hours). Again I never got a reply. I sent another email saying I was frustrated with their lack of customer service to which they replied that I had to wait for their coordinators before they could do anything. That was two weeks ago. I ordered the bodysuits on the 5th of September, it is the 8th of November now. "

Absolutely awful company, will steal your money!

"Forever 21 is absolutely awful, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will steal your money - beware!
I ordered some stuff from here which turned out to be super cheap-looking / low quality, so I returned it, using the pre-addressed return label which was provided in my package and which was addressed to a F21 store in Albany, NY. They don't cover return shipping, so I paid that myself and made sure to get a tracking # in order to prove the goods were delivered back. Well, a month after I saw from the tracking that the merchandise was delivered back to them, I still had not received a refund, so I contacted their customer service. This was where the problems started; you get transferred to a call center where the workers barely speak English, and all I kept getting told was to wait "24-48 hrs" and someone will get back to you with an update. Well, I never got contacted with any update and never got my refund, even after contacting their customer service about 5x over 2 weeks. So after 2 weeks of that, I opened a case on PayPal for my money back, but F21 told Paypal I had sent the goods back to the wrong address (their main returns address is in California) and therefore they never received the goods! This is insane, since I used the pre-printed return label which THEY provided. I will have to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau now.
Beware of this business at all costs! I will never give them another cent of my money and hopefully they will go out of business soon, considering the cheap goods they are peddling and the abysmal customer service they provide. If I could give negative stars, I would!
