"Mixed review. Barebones system as purchased on Ebay was by far better prices than any others found. Low prices on upgrade options.
Works great. No problems installing and loading WIN XP and hardware. I am extremely pleased with my new PC.
$48 shipping seems high. My PC arrived OK but installed CPU with heat sink and fan could easily have jarred loose. Reading their feedback, I see that this does happen.
Poor communications caused a shipping delay. I placed a comment about the description in the comment box. They asked no questions and did not notify me that they had placed my order on hold waiting for my "reply". Confusing responses to my tracer when I had no computer after waiting two weeks for delivery. Finally gave me phone number ***-***-****) and we were able to clear up the matter.
Watch the tricky descriptions: "video card included" does not mean that you get a video card!

"The worst company i have ever dealt with. The computer has not worked at all since receiving it. They do not respond to emails and or phone calls. Tech support is not able to troubleshoot problem. EZBPC wants me to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee for their defective computer. Currently using Square trade and credit card to resolve matter."

"The system my wife and ordered came to us "dead on arrival." At some point the CPU fan was disloged and rattling free inside the computer. When we contacted them about it, instead of telling us to send it back for a new system, they told us to find out what parts were broken and they would ship replacements to us. having no other alternatives, we tested what we could and determined that at least the motherboard needed replaced. We contacted them again and they sent out another motherboard. Once it arrived, we put it all back together and it still wouldn't work. We tested several parts again, but to no avail. Fed up and tired, we contacted them for a outright refund only 2 weeks after receiving the system (3 weeks after the inital order), and were told that we'd have to pay a 20% restocking fee; even though none of these problems were our fault, and were weren't just changing our mind right after ordering. We asked to speak with a manager. The manager was going to try and stick us with paying for the return shipping instead of a restocking fee. We had to resist again and point out that, through no fault of ours, our computer was still not working and they had offered so little back in technical support. Finally, they agreed to pay for shipping and not to charge us the 20% restocking fee until they received the system and tested it themselves. Overall experiance was very frustrating, and very disappointing. My wife and I will never order from this company again, and I would not suggest them to anyone. "

"I've purchased two barebones systems from ezbpc through ebay. The payment process was simple. I was informed about the confirmation of the order through email. The items arrived in five days. They were packed very well.
