"I was simply blown away by this company . I live in northern canada ordered 4 spacers & had them shipped
2day FedEx priority mail & when they came they were the wrong size & it was easy to see by the numbers on the box how this mistake was made, so I called them up & to make a long story short I don't know how they did it but the rite ones came the next afternoon.they never even asked me for the wrong ones back. Wow what a stand up company I was amazed & I would recommend doing business with them to anyone , & the price was the best I could find .. Thanks EZ "
"this is a warning to anyone thinking of dealing with ezaccessory. Please Dont. They are The most arrogant lying people that I have ever Dealt with. They do not respond to email enquiries after you have paid for your order. I ordered wheel adapters from them and after a month started to enquire about the status of my order and got no replies. After threatening to go to paypal and ebay they told me that my order was being shipped that day. That was a lie. A week later after more threats, They say that my order was overlooked. a week later we are at the no reply again. They are stalling me to run me out of time to put it paypal for a refund. Be warned. They are no good."
"Where do I begin?
I placed a simple order for 20 tuner lug bolts in 12x1.5mm. I was shipped thicker bolts that don't fit (14x1.5), so I wrote an email to their customer service address. I received no reply after an entire week, so I decided to call. I spoke with Rick, who told me he would ship out the correct size "right away". So I waited another week for the correct bolts to arrive. Guess what? They never came. So I decided to call again. Rick answers the phone, and I explain to him everything again as he "vaguely remembers talking to [me] before". He claims to me that there is nothing he can do because his boss is not in the office, recommending I call back the next day, which was a Saturday. Hey guess what... I called back on Saturday a handful of times and no one was there to answer my call. I left a clear voicemail explaining my situation AGAIN, and that I was very disappointed in my experience with them.
Monday comes. And I have to call them again (are they too cool to return a voicemail?), and guess who answers the phone? Good ol Rick, who I have to explain everything to AGAIN. The conversation consisted of "I was sent the wrong size bolts, we talked before" which was responded with "what's wrong with them?" ... LOL! THEY'RE THE WRONG SIZE, WE'VE HAD THIS CONVERSATION ALREADY! How else can I put that? I explained how I left an extensive voicemail Saturday, explaining how I was lied to. None to which he responded to. The only words he said during this final conversation was "what's your zip code?, I'll ship those out to you today". He didn't even apologize on behalf of this failed transaction.
I'm convinced Rick is a troll, never again will I do business there."

"This company is horrible. It is clear that policy and money are two things way over customer satisfaction. I ordered lugs, was happy with the process and shipping. After finishing up some restorations over a month later I was ready to try the lugs on. The quality of the lugs was rediculous. They where chrome lugs painted black...If i wanted that I would have saved money and bought a couple cans of spray paint. After calling they couldn't do anything thing and I'm just s.o.l. and the money spent on the lugs. rediculous customer service."

"I bought some wheel adaptors for my car . Right after I ordered I noticed I forgot to order the lugnuts I called them and asked if they could add to my order so the could ship together they said no problem and I ask if they needed my card number and they said they send them at no charge . They put them in the box with my ordre and received them in ILLinois in 3 days very fast shipping and very good to deal with buy from again. I told my friend he is working on an old mustang and he ordered the 4 lug to 5 lug adaptors and he was very pleased with the product and the fast shipping. They are very good to deal with. they also sent us a usps tracking # I checked my number in the mournings to see if my order was on the mail truck out for delivery. Great deal all around."
"I just opened a package of lug nuts because I am having my tires rotated. I ordered and paid for 20 but only 18 was in the bag. When I called to explain, I was told because it has been 61 days, they couldn't do anything. The fact remains they sent me (2) lug nuts short of what I ordered regardless of when I opened the package. I will always check my packages now. I didn't want to misplace anything is the reason I hadn't. Also shipping was poor in a bag without any protection."
"I ordered a pair of their 1" billet aluminum wheel spacers.
They have approx .100 runout which causes very bad wheel shake above 50 mph. Total garbage.
Also they were shipped in a USPS envelope, I'm surprised USPS let them ship these like that, it offers no protection at all."
"I asked for lug nuts for a Porsche 996 and they sent me a link to the lug nuts they thought they believed to be for my car. In fact they were not. They have refunded the original price but they did not refund the original shipping cost so I had to pay for them to ship the wrong product and pay to return them as well when this was their error. This is a no brainer. $9 isnt worth it to risk this review? I will never order from them again and I would advise you not to as well."
