"We decided to try Envelopes.com for our law firm envelopes this time. Never again..... After many emails and phone calls back and forth, they still have not even started the order, indicating the envelope we chose is "out of stock." The problem is that the first envelope we chose was out of stock, and so Envelopes.com recommended a similar replacement envelope, which we agreed to. Fast forward 3 weeks, still no envelopes. So, we reached out and were told that the very envelope they recommended as a replacement is also out of stock. Meanwhile, we've run out of envelopes. While it will cost us an additional 60 bucks for the local print shop to print them up, it's worth it to me. Envelopes.com has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. They obviously don't care about the status of your order or they would have reached out upon realizing the replacement envelope they recommended was also out of stock. I'd steer clear of ordering from these people unless you have LOTS of time to babysit your order process and walk them along to make sure it's getting done.

"I need envelopes for a baby shower. I went thru steps for envelopes.com. Once I got started for envelopes 5 14 x 7 1/4 and finished the steps including payment, the receipt showed smaller envelopes. That I managed to have cancelled. So, I started envelopes with return address, and paid. I just receive smaller than I'd ordered with NO RETURN ADDRESS. I did hear back from seller via my email who said there was a "COMPUTER GLITCH". So, I paid $147 which includes $36.42 for fast shipping-for 50 blank envelopes!!! . I been assured the real envelopes will be delivered next week- week of March 9, 2022. Additionally, another order was placed- hope I get it and that it is correct."
"0 star - An absolute nightmare. They printed the wrong color and blamed me for it. They are not taking responsibility over their mistake and offered me a stellar 10% back to cover for their mistake. Stay away from them, this is a low-level company that doesn't care about quality and service."
"The window envelopes are so cheap and poorly printed I’ll use them to line the hamster cage although not great absorption their so thin. Bad experience ordering and customer service, reached out repeatedly leaving messages and emails until I approved an erroneous second proof and then disappeared. They should be embarrassed. "
"I needed paper ASAP and got one day shipping, it took 2 days and when the paper came they sent me 1 ream of 105lb and 1 ream of flimsy 20lb paper, which I couldn't do anything with.I couldn't make baby shower invitations for my best friends shower in time to mail them out, which meant reprinting and recutting 100 invites. They would have known that the 2nd package wasn't 105lb bc its 1/2 size. "
"I ordered envelopes for my daughters shower and wedding invitations in 2012. I requested sample products both times and received the samples in record time as well as the final orders. Their products are high quality. I used the extras for other purposes and have run out at this time.
