"I buy a lot on-line and this was my worst purchasing experience ever. Two days after placing the order I receive a phone message saying there is a problem with the order and for me to call them. In all this they never stated what the problem was. I tried for 4 hours to call them during their work hours. It was either busy or no one picked up. After not getting through I emailed them to cancel the order. I received no answer. For the next 10 days I emailed then once a day to cancel the order. No response. Since I paid using PayPal I sent them an email to cancel the order through PayPal arbitration as a last resort. Two days later they emailed me with a new invoice number. No other words or explaination was in that email. 5 days later I did get the item.

"I found this company through dealnews.com and ordered an external hard drive enclosure and drive from them. I received someone else's order instead (much cheaper total) with that person's credit card number, CVV2 code, and personal addresses included. Egoodz was quick to pick up the wrong item but it took another two weeks to send me my order. While they claim my credit info was not sent to others, I have records of someone else's information, and I had to go through the trouble of cancelling the card I gave them. Never again!"
