"Will never ever use this company again EVER. I purchased a Snuza Trio Plus monitor for my daughter for her new baby at the cost of $279.00, it was the one she wanted so I said sure. 10 months later it stopped working, shorted out and now the on and off button fell off. I contacted EcoMom and they told me to contact Snuza that they handle all warranty issues. So I did as told and was told by Snuza to send the monitor to them, it was a two week trial time to see if they could repair it, (what does she do for that two week period) PLUS I spend more money shipping it for repairs. I think $279.00 is enough money spent for something that didn't last long.
Snuza stated if I wanted a credit for my purchase I needed to contact Ecomom, so I did.. well guess what on a purchase of almost $300 the warranty is only for 30 days by Ecomom, after that you are out of luck unless you want to deal with Snuza.
Totally disgusted by their customer service and how they treat customers that spent that kind of money thinking this monitor would last longer than 10 months. Total RIP OFF.

"Ecomom has been a pleasure to work with and purchase items from. I've been buying stuff from them for the last year. For my last order, I noticed that the package hasn't arrived in their normal speedy delivery. I submitted an inquiry via email about the matter, and Aaron responded 4 hours later responding to me. Turns out it was shipped but must have gotten lost in transit somewhere along the way. They made the appropriate inquiries with FedEx, etc.. and only emailed me/called me when absolutely necessary. In the end, we never found the package, but Aaron reissued the package right away, and from the day he reissued the package; it was at my door in a few days. Yes, I had to do the inquiry, and took some time but none of this was ecomom's fault. It's rare to work with a company that has such GREAT customer service, and made their customers feel "taken care" of. "

"The name 'eco'mom is ironic, because I've ordered multiple items from them and their packaging is far from eco-friendly. Small items come in ridiculously large boxes with excessive paper packaging. And many of my multi-item orders come in separate boxes (there is little to no consolidation). I submitted feedback about this via their website and have yet to receive a response."

"I was one of the Black Friday buyers. Ecomom is getting way too bad a of a reputation about this when they should be getting a spectacular one. Here's what happened - Ecomom offered an amazing deal. If you combined a groupon with a coupon code online you could get either 80 or 90 off an $100 order! it was such an awesome deal that lots of people wanted in on it. Their servers weren't up to the traffic, and their site crashed frequently. Also the more popular items went out of stock. This part isn't surprising. On Black Friday other sites also crashed and ran out of stock. TRU crashed multiple times and ran out of stcok on some items within 5 minutes. Now in the case of TRU you were just out of luck if your item was OOS. Ecomom stepped up to the plate however with this offer - send them your order via e-mail or FB and they will honor the deal, whenever those items come back in stock. NO Other Retailer made any such offer during all of Black Friday when they ran out of stock. Yes some people waited months to get their items, however Ecomom was very clear about being out of stock of items when people ordered them. Customers, including myself and my mother, knew there would be a delay. Ecomom was very clear and called people about it. Yep not anonymous e-mails, actual phone calls. The customers really wanted the amazing discount, so they purchased OOS items. Some items Ecomom wasn't able to restock and they called people about that too. So basically all these other people are complaining because they feel they deserve these heavily discounted items soon after when they ordered them even though Ecomom was very clear the items were not in stock. My items came within 3 weeks, my mothers items took two months. We understood there would be a delay and we were happy to get them when we did. Ecomom has great customer service and I would order from them again in a heartbeat!"

"This has been a horrible experience!! I started trying to place my order on Black Friday. Just as I got to the point of paying, they shut the website down. I kept trying over and over to place the order, and finally e-mailed them (as their website said to do). I got a phone call to get my order placed on Sunday morning Dec 4, but I was in church. The lady left a message saying she would call back later that day or on Monday, but NEVER called back. I finally got an e-mail on Wednesday, Dec 7th with a link for a secure order form. I didn't get confirmation that my order was received until December 16th, and now I'm told it's still "in warehouse in processing", and have been getting that same response for 2-3 weeks now. I just talked to them AGAIN and was told "oh, there was an error in your order, but I brought it to my supervisor's attention and it was finished and we pushed it through". I guarantee I will NOT order from ecomom again, and I will let all my mom friends know that the service is terrible--don't bother ordering from them."

"Ecomom has terrible customer service. They sent me a faulty product. It was very difficult getting the product back to them because they kept telling Fedex the wrong thing. Then they did not send my replacement product. I emailed several times, but I got no response for one month. Then they emailed and said they were sorry, but they were "busy" and the product is now out of stock. They offered nothing in recompense. "

"The WORST website ever!!!!! I tried placing an order a few times over the last week- the website is SUPER slow, then could not add items to the cart, it freezes and then asks you to re-add again. Today there is not even a cart to add items to. It is unbelievable! I called cutomer service and they told it will be fixed by this weekend, but if I place an order over the weekend it won't make it before Christmas unless I pay extra. THis is totally unaccepatable. I will recommend to NEVER EVER use this merchant, the most terrible service and website I have ever got. Extremely frustrating!"

"There are not many companies like Ecomom.com these days. They carry excellent products, they have excellent customer care, and they are dedicated to healthy, wholesome products for families and the environment. I have ordered from them about six times in the course of a year, and every experience has been positive. It sounds odd to say this about a company, but Buying from them makes me feel good. It is important to support good businesses, and Ecomom makes it easy to do! I can't recommend them highly enough."

"I had a Groupon-style deal to try ecomom out and used it to buy some baby toys. I ended up placing two orders (I had two Groupons) and they qualified for free shipping due to a Labor Day special. The selection of unique toys was wonderful and I definitely plan on coming back and buying more and have added some on my registry. They have more than toys--there are products for older kids and grownups as well, and they are all organic/ecologically friendly.

When I got my orders, the order numbers were consecutive and they apparently noticed the same address because I got both orders in one box. I've never had that happen before and I thought it was an added perk. That way there was only one box to open. I got the products by the end of the week. Overall it's a great company and a great place to buy safe, educational, and unique products.
