"Last month I ordered a couple UPS batteries from this company (on eBay). I received the first one in good time, well package and as described. However, the second was nowhere to be found.

After contacting the company, I was asked to send photos of the package I'd received. After a few back and forth emails, I was informed a new battery has been sent out and to please let them know when it had arrived.

In another perfectly packaged box, I received the second battery a couple days later.

While I was initially a bit apprehensive, after only receiving the one piece, I really appreciate the timely polite, responses I received from ecomElectronics. They made things right in the end :)"
