This has been an awesome journey for me, I have been investing in a crypto investment scheme that I did not know about. I was promised I was going to make a lot of profits. "I purchase several hundred dollars worth of batteries in February of 2021. Within two months some of the the batteries were not serviceable.
After 4 months all of the batteries weren't any good. When I contacted customer service about the problems. I was told to take all of these batteries to an auto service repair shop or an AutoZone (go figure) and have them check and notarize that the batteries were no good.
Obviously theses batteries had been shelved doing the pandemic and I got stuck with bad product. After several years of doing business with these people I expected better treatment"

"Battery was received damaged, but unfortunately, I was not home to receive. When I unpacked it, the Negative post was severely bent and unusable. After further inspection, it did appear that a portion of the outer box in the area of the post had been damaged and taped over. I sent photos and details and Brittany, Customer Service, responded within 24 hours. She quickly put in a replacement order, but then found they were in a zero stock position on the same battery. Over the course of a few days, I agreed to take an ML100-12 as replacement. Mighty Max was able to give me a discount on the higher priced battery for my inconvenience. So rare these days to have that kind of genuine concern for the customer - to respond to each email in such rapid fashion. I will highly recommend this company to my friends and anyone interested in batteries and accessories."

We ordered an item off of walmart.com on May 30, 2018. The seller and shipper was supposed to be Ecom Electronics. They were contacted on June 14th,2018 about the location of the item. Ecom Electronics stated that it was returned by UPS on June 13th to Ecom Electronics due to invalid address. We contacted UPS and they stated and it showed that a label was created by Ecom Electronics on May 31,2018 but the item was never received by UPS. How could a package that was never sent by Ecom Electronics be returned by UPS?"
