"I've called and let ebottles know several times that their 2oz HDPE boston rounds leave bead-like artifacts on the surface of their bottles and on the seams. If we don't use an exacto knife to slice off the beads, it will look like pieces of debris got under the label when it was applied. We don't want our customers to perceive our facility as unclean, so we spend the time and money to remove these beads. The beads didn't exist 10 years ago, but one assumes ebottles is using a cheaper Chinese manufacturer and is more interested in their margins that they are keeping customers. As soon as we find a replacement supplier, we're bailing on this company."
