"Very happy with our range purchase from e-ppliance. The sales rep Becca was very helpful and our overall experience was a good one. We ended up saving over a thousand dollars and also received a rebate check. The range came to us on the west coast form the east coast and arrived on a well protected pallet within the time frame they gave us. Highly recommended for good service and big savings. I did find a bit difficult to connect with a rep over the phone but once I did they were pleasant and helpful.

"What a pleasure dealing with this company. I placed my order online on Saturday night when my washer broke down. 3 days later e-ppliancesavings.com had my new washer delivered to my house. $300 less than the sales price at my local appliance store. "UPDATED 9/10:
As mentioned in Eric's response below, the company has since contacted me and rectified the situation. I received a very sincere and apologetic email from Eric, along with a refund of the delivery fee. The quick response and sincere approach completely changed my point of view of E-ppliance Savings. When all is said and done, it was the delivery company that fell short, and not E-ppliance Savings. According to Eric, this is an extremely rare occurrence. Considering the savings we received by going through them as opposed to a big box or local retailer, we might consider using them again. However, if I encounter any problems, I will contact them directly and not try to deal with the trucking company as they are a third party and do not have the investment in the order as E-ppliance Savings does. A huge thank you to Eric, for your response, concern, and help!

We found the exact fridge we wanted for about $500 less than any other retailer and thought we had hit the jackpot. Unfortunately, the delivery company they work with were a nightmare to work with. We scheduled a delivery (on a Monday)only to find out the day of that they only deliver on Thursday or Friday. Rescheduled the delivery for Friday 5-9pm (the furthest possible time from our original date). However, the fridge was never delivered and we were never called. After talking to multiple people multiple times we were able to get a delivery scheduled for Wednesday (a week and a half later than we needed it). The fridge was finally delivered, but we still never received a call letting us know it would be or was delivered. They left the fridge in the garage after instructions were left on the order to place it in the kitchen. Now we have to find someone to come move it for us since we do not own an appliance dolly. There has been no compensation or remorse from either company at all. It has been one nightmare after the next, and now I know why people choose to go through Sears or some other big box store for their appliance orders. This is a mistake we learned the hard way and one we will not make again. Sometimes convenience and simplicity is worth the extra money and this is one of those times!

"I would like to really Thank Eric Soloff for an Excellent Superior job well done working with us in our new LG Gas Range model number LDG3017ST Double Oven Infrared Gas Range. To be honest this is the first item that we purchase on line that cost a lot of money and doing business with e-ppliancesavings dot com for the first time.

Our saving was Tremendous, We had purchase the next lower model from Home Depot but for some reason with phone technical problems I did not hear from Eric until the same day we order from Home Depot. When Eric called me, I was upset with myself because we just made the special order with Home Depot. And guess what America? Eric came through with a great offer that was irresistible. The following day I cancelled the special order and that same morning I called Eric and put the order.

We paid much less for this 3017 model with e-ppliance and we paid much more for the lower model with Home Depot. Our savings was so much that we could not believe it. For this same model LDG3017ST we saved an average of $400 at home depot and savings of $700 at Sears. Because this was an internet purchase we also save on taxes.

I talked to the Manager at Home depot and they could not touch that sale price so they just lost a customer, I told them if you can match e-ppliance price I will not cancelled. All he said sorry you got a Excellent deal we can not match at all.

I got the money and ran to the bank to deposit it. And now you know, The rest is making history with e-ppliance. We just got the new range yesterday and we love it. I know my wife loves it it is her birthday gift. Delivery was on time as they promised to installed. Waiting for this range from date of order was all worth the waiting and all the savings with e-ppliance. Thank you Eric again to you and your staff. Of course our next appliance purchase no matter what it is will be with e-ppliance.

"We had a wonderful experience with e-ppliancesavings.com. I had never ordered a large appliance online before, so I was a bit apprehensive doing so. However, I found that e-ppliancesavings.com had great prices and seemingly a great reputation. Eric, the owner, was extremely helpful in getting to to have trust in his company along with quick follow up as to my order status and delivery procedures. My television was delivered yesterday in time for the Superbowl."

"These people exceeded all of our expectations in price, delivery and especially in personal and effective customer service. We saved several hundred dollars by purchasing our new LG refrigerator on-line rather than from a local bricks and mortar retailer. Our order was placed on Monday and the unit was delivered 3 days later on Thursday by a most professional team from AM Home Delivery. We knew that we would have to remove the doors to place the unit in our Kitchen which we planned to do ourselves. Unfortunately, there was a minor problem removing a bolt due to a broken weld. This prevented us from removing the doors as needed. The folks at e-ppliance.com jumped on the problem and the LG field service tecnician contacted us the next day and visited our home on the next business day. In the meantime e-ppliance took the lead, ordered a replacement unit the same day that the LG representative visited us and again on the 3rd day after the re-order our new refrigerator arrived as before via AM Home Delivery. However, this time, due to the inconvenience we suffered, the deliverymen insisted that they be allowed to remove and replace the doors as needed and they installed the unit in our Kitchen. Everyone involved was friendly, patient, courteous and effective. We witnessed a lot of hustle and desire to please the customer by e-ppliance, AM Home Delivery and LG. We give all of you five star ratings with our sincere gratitude for your service! We really like our new refrigerator!"

"Buying from E-ppliancesavings.com is one of the best things I've ever done! I was a bit skeptical at first because the price was so low compared to buying locally. But this has been overall a very positive experience with a great price, quick delivery, excellent communication with Eric, and the perfect product - it's just what I wanted. Eric sent several emails at various points in time with updates about when the order went through, when the item would be shipped, and when the delivery would take place. Everything was just as he said and we are so pleased with our new fridge/freezer."

"EXCELLENT customer service! I searched the Internet and local appliance dealers and e-ppliance smoked everyone price-wise. I ordered 6 appliances and asked that they be delivered to two separate locations, 4 to one place and two to the other. The delivery was well within the delivery window (at the early end), the guys were fast, efficient and courteous. Everything was hassle free, they bent over backwards to make sure I received any applicable rebates and most importantly, everything arrived in great condition. "

"We ordered an LG washer-dryer combination online and received a "temporary order number" from e-appliancesavings.com, stating that they would shortly confirm our order and arrange for shipping. We never heard anything more from them. We called numerous times and kept being sent to voicemail. No one ever called back and we received no reply to multiple emails. Finally, we called and left a voicemail requesting that our order be cancelled. It was worrisome not knowing whether this was a legitimate company, and whether they would process the purchase price, which was in excess of $1,200."

"We had a fantastic experience!! We had no trouble ordering online. The price was better than anything else we could find. Eric, from e-ppliancesavings, sent a personal e-mail after the order to let us know it was on the way and to answer any questions. Our stove arrived in two days, much faster than we anticipated. And they followed up with a phone call to make sure everything arrived as planned. And now we just got a thank-you card with a $5 gift card. I have never written an online review but this was worth writing about. It's hard to find such great customer service. I would absolutely recommend using them again!! "

"After my attrocious experience dealing with CircuitCity.com (read my review to hear that horror story), I was left with a new TV credenza, soundbar and bluray player, but no TV.

So, I had to start over looking for a flatscreen TV, and while doing a google search for the model I wanted (the LG 55LW6500), I came across a store called e-ppliancesavings.com, which had a very good price. Of course, I had no intention of ordering from them - I see these little no-name sites all the time with too good to be true prices.

I clicked through to it anyway, and it looked awfully familiar. A quick whois query confirmed what I thought - e-ppliancesavings.com was the same company as Queen Appliance.

I'd bought a dual oven from Queen less than a year ago. They're based about 30 miles from my house, and deal mainly with scratch-n-dent appliances, though they do sell brand new as well. I got the (brand new) oven from them at the time, delivered and installed with a 10-year warranty (5 year parts and labor, 5 year parts) for several hundred dollars less than hhgregg was selling it (on clearance) not including delivery or warranty. And, they came through - delivering on the day promised, no issues or problems or hidden costs whatsoever.

Based on this recent experience, and knowing they're local enough for me to visit personally in the event of a major issue, I contacted the fellow I'd dealt with on the oven. After confirming they were the same company, and making sure the TV was new and the correct model, I went ahead and ordered.

And, once again, they came through. I waited a month and a half for this TV with CircuitCity.com, only to have them cancel the order on me without even informing me. (They still haven't even sent me an email telling me the order was cancelled). I ordered this set from Queen on Monday, 8/15/11, and it was in my home Friday, 8/19/11. (They deliver to my area on Wednesdays and Fridays only - he tried to get me on the Wednesday delivery list, but couldn't)

It arrived on the promised day, in perfect condition. It looks great in my living room, and so far works perfectly.

The only downside to either of my dealings with Queen/e-ppliancesavings is that they're truly a small, almost mom-n-pop operation, and as such are sometimes a little slow in communication. But, they were still head and shoulders above CircuitCity.com, who didn't even inform me the TV was backordered until 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered. Call them 4.5-star instead of 5-star on communication.

The only other advice I'd offer them is to upgrade their website - it's a little less functional and polished than other appliance retailers, and can give the mistaken impression that they're not a top-notch outfit. (But it is improving, better than it was when I ordered the oven last year)

Twice I've ordered from these folks, and twice I've been supremely satisfied. Thanks to Eric Soloff (sp?) for his helpfulness, and making my experience great each time.

From what I understand now, queenappliance is now primarily their scratch-n-dent website, and e-ppliancesavings is their new product site.

BTW, most places are selling the 55LW6500 for $2000-$2400 today, not including warranty. I got it from these guys for $1822 shipped and with the warranty.

I'm going to need a new refrigerator within the next year, and I will definitely be checking this site.
