"Holiday Sale was great, although had difficulties ordering different packages at the same time (one package would remove the discount from other packages). Overall, the order arrived quickly, everything was in order and well packaged. My second order arrived a couple days later, but I guess they were pretty busy since it was being picked/packaged the day I received the 1st order (both placed same day). The customer support at e-Rudy was great and gave me status when I called (no long waits on the phone).
As always, the quality of the frames and spare lenses are top notch. Love the hydration backpack. My friends and family who received them as gifts love them.
Only suggestion is to have directions/instructions for the backpack(s) either online or with the product. It took me a while to figure out how to attach the retainer for the helmet."
