"e-digital electronics has no customer service. They do not communicate in any meaningful way with customers. No phone number, no response to e-mails. Only response was after initiating dispute through PayPal.

Item I ordered was for Christmas so the fact they didn't tell me it wasn't immediately available meant I didn't have it for the big day. Hard to say how or why they operate as they never responded to my e-mails - maybe they hoped I would just forget about it.

Also note that this review site doesn't allow you to give 0 stars - so every retailer will have at least 4 stars as they send in enough of their own "reviews" to make sure their ranking is okay."
