"I ordered a product on Jan 2018 and saw that according to usps my parcel arrived in South Africa on 20 Feb 2018. I have been following up since then with my local customs and eVitamins staff, and neither is being helpful. My customs said that the parcel hasnt even arrived. eVitamins staff say that they are unable to trace it. I therefore want an immediate credit and refund. It is now 30 May 2018 ans still nothing. "This website is a scam. Here how they operate; You buy your item and pay 10+ USD shipping fee. Then comes the long wait for your order. You won't get it. Either your parcel eventually "disappears" (as per other reviews) or customs won't let the item into your country - this is what "happened" in my case. Except that I spoke to customs and they confirmed that they never received or held anything for me from evitamins.
Now comes the good part. Evitamins will explain to you that the untraceable parcel was returned to them and they will refund the cost of the items. What they will keep is the shipping fees. When you request some sort of proof that the parcel was actually sent at all, they aren't short of excuses. The "untraceable" parcel, remember? And oh, yeah, "your country won't accept these steroids, that's why they sent it back". Hang on a minute, if you know this why would you ship anyway...?! I tell you why, to get the non-refundable shipping fee. ..What a business idea!
Hope you don't get carried away with evitamins awesome and affordable products. As I said, it's a scam... "

"First of all, they charge you before shipping out the products and then when I asked them to cancel the order because it hadn’t even been processed after 5 days, they blamed me for not seeing the notice on one of the products saying it was out of stock. They claimed it was on the webpage, but there was no notice and I sent them a pic showing the webpage saying it’s in stock. They still said that I didn’t see the notice. There was also no mention of the product being out of stock in the email confirmation of the order or online in the order details under my account.
They said it’s going to take 2-4 business days for my refund to appear on my account. As I paid through PayPal and they got my money the same day as I placed my order, I should be able to get my money back just as quickly.

Update - it has been 4 business days and still no sign of refund. Disputing the charge with PayPal."
