I requested a delivery charge refund for the next day service and was told by eValueSoftware customer service that the best they could do would be to refund $5.99 not the entire delivery charge. They suggested I contact FEDEX for a refund. This is not the type of customer service I was expecting. I will not use eValueSoftware in the future and not recommend them to anyone."
