"I keep getting emails from this scam company if they say we can offer you a bios upgrade or bios update for a 9 year laptop is wrong as you can go the laptops / desktop of the make and you can download there which is free
my laptop is a satellite pro 670 and the latest bios 2.30 which came out in 2012 if they also try to make you do is download reimage is malware be very careful when a company tells you something which sounds wrong if you are not sure always go to local computer store and get there information about the problem never let a company on internet take over your computer as they will put malware or worse and charge you money for doing nothing.

"They could not give me a license key that worked. They Do not actually read any of the posts to support. And they ignored my requests for a refund for their product that will not take a license key and will do nothing useful without a license key until today (hopefully)!
Very Frustrating. Stay away!

"On July 18, 2014, I contracted from 24/7 lifetime guarantee for computer help with ESupport-Live. I was promised if I took out their service at $269.99, I would receive a 7 inch tablet. Time went by and when I contacted the company, I was told there was no such offer. I had been given the run around with numerous calls I made concerning the delivery of my tablet. Finally, after many attempts to get at the truth of the matter, I was told there was not a tablet. So, I told the supervisor that I was deceived and that I wanted a portion of my money back. It was agreed that I get a refund of $150.00 which I have in writing dated August 17, 2014, I would receive a paid via ECheck using Bank Transfer which would be 7 to 10 working days.
On Sunday, October 5th, I called Esupport-Live a computer problem. I was told by a customer service representative that I was not a customer because I had requested a refund. Please note it was agreed upon by the supervisor that I spoke with in August that I would remain a customer. (I believe it was because the company acknowledged their deceptive practice I would continue as a customer.) Needless to say, I was offered an explanation as to why I was no longer a customer and that previous computer assistance and anti-software they installed (they did not because I purchased an anti-virus software from a computer company where I live) that I was no longer a customer.
I received in writing a welcome letter and confirmation of my payment of $269.99, along with a refund email acknowledging a refund in the amount of $150.00, which of to date (10/7/14), I have not received.
I believe this company on foreign soil, India, has found a way to solicit from United States and Canada, computer assistance only for them to be a scam company. They have unethical professional practices in which they have given themselves American names, to fool the American public in particular.
It should be noted that this company has changed it name from One (1)Arcade to Esupport-Live. I do want individuals to be aware that they will keep changing their name to avoid ridicule and prosecution.
Further, I have not received an email from this company informing me that I am no longer a customer because of a refund. (It was never agreed upon that I would cease being a customer and to my knowledge, I was until I called on Oct. 5, 2014.
I have written proof of the following:
Welcome Letter
Acknowledgement of payment
Email informing me of a $150.00 refund which again of this date, I have not received.
Therefore, I would like to put this company on notice for their deceptive professional business practices. They are indeed SCAMMERS!!!!!

"They are now scammers. I was a fool they called claiming to a Microsoft certified Tech. Said my computer was sending a lot of error logs to Microsoft. 2 Months ago MS Techs had installed windows 8.1 Told them okay and gave them remote ability. Then after they take over I am told it will cost $399 US. Told them don't have that cash on hand, I am disabled and on fixed income. Dropped price to $250 US and could set it up with Paypal to be 6 payments of $41.95 US every month. I was a fool. He set it up as I watched but is said did not meet requirement or the could not connected to get conformation. They guy tried it twice more same answer. The forth time he did it so fast could not keep up. I, went through. I asked was that the six monthly payments. Was told "yes". He lied it a normal one payment of $250. US. Called Paypal and placed freeze on payment when I could not reach their customer service. Next tech called told Him what happened. Promised a refund of $ 200. I released the freeze "DUM DUM DUM!". Two days later got a call something was still wrong. Turned over computer control to them. Twenty minuets later Informed I needed to send them $499 US to fix computer Hacker doors in my computer. Payment must be made by credit card only no Paypal . Told him you screwed up my checking account No Debit Card use allowed. No Credit Card to use. Was told to call some one and get them to pay. My answer was no. Guy says you are breaking the contract, "We will lock you out of your computer and you will not be able to use one at home again". They did lock me out for ninety minuets. So lost about $350+ US if you add in all the bank fees. These people should be charge with a crime but that's wishing. Hope no one else gets stung by these scammers. "

"I got several calls from a company called eSupport Live and they claim to be the official provider of services for PCs with Windows operating systems. Is this the same company as is being discussed in this thread? Their phone calls sound like a scam and they keep calling me in spite of the fact that I am on a no call list, even though I keep reminding them. Note: I didn't actually buy eSupport service, felt that people should be aware of their phone tactics, thus I made up the invoice # to allow my posting. I would say the reviews would be accurate given the feeling I got when taking with their Telemarketer and the other reviews on the Reseller Ratings Site. "

"This is the absolute worse experience I've had with an online company in my 10+ years of online purchases. The product is mediocre, but the customer service was horrendous. Yes, I was angry about some extra charges, but that is what customer support people have to do every day. The customer support rep was arrogant, useless and actually started an e-mail argument with me. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from this company again. UPDATE: After reading the reviews on this site and the e-mail responses others have received I found my experince to not be unique. But, I have forwarded the e-mails from their support personal to the President an CEO of eSupport. Surely the owners of the company care about the integrity of their employees? "

"These guys are running a scam. The bios is lackluster, the service is rude and terrible. My conversation with their support is posted below. What kind of customer support calls their client a cheapskate? The kind that operates a scam. Email follows:

Me: I bought a Bios update from you about a year ago I recently went to your website to see if an update was available but I am unsure of how to receive it. I don't think I have an account to login to.
My name is V______ and I am sure I used this email to correspond Thank you very much.

Esupport.com: That bios was purchased in july 2007 that is over a year old. Also it is a D___ part and thus not on the free upgrade list.

Me: I was told I would receive free upgrades. If I would have known I wouldn't, I wouldn't have purchased it. I will definitely not recommend this service for anyone else including my customers You are obviously operating a scam.

Esupport.com: You opted sir for the D –Discount package that did not include further updates. Because the non Discount package for $10 more was too much.

Me: I was TOLD I would have free upgrades!!! Do not reply. Drop dead scammers!!!

Esupport.com: I’m sure you tell everyone that but sir you were not told that. You didn’t want the package that came with additional updates you opted for the one time update package to save money and I can understand that.

Me: I get it now. I was dealing with idiots! You obviously cannot read correctly. By the way, I reverted my bios to my old version, much better than your shitty one. Keep up the scam! Better get back to your second job as a car salesman or bilking old ladies out of their life savings. I can do this forever so keep replying

Esupport.com: Good one. Have you heard the one about the guy who wasn’t getting paid to respond to these things?

Me: Yes it goes like this... idiot responds to unpaid person, unpaid person posts shitty esupport.com service responses, and everyone gets a good laugh. Esupport loses more potential costumers. Hahahaha I feel super powerful!!! Have fun looking for them. Go rob some more unsuspecting people.

Esupport.com: Honestly your capacity for the pathetic as you go. You the person who decided that you didn’t want to pay a lot got what you paid for and if you had a problem you certainly never requested aid then, now calls everyone else names. I sure hope you post verbatim no I bet you edit out anything that shows where the actual truth is.

Me: Wow, is that English you are typing?! Good job calling me cheap skate, I certainly have never had customer support accuse me of that! I give you points for originality. I have to subtract points for your pitiful attempt at the English language. Please invest in the Rosetta stone software and write back when you can bang out a decent reply. Oh yeah, get back to stealing candy from babies.

Esupport.com: Quite amusing. Keep going you are proving my point.

Me: Do you have a name, or did your parents grunt out some nonsense in the zoo you were born in. Maybe you know sign language in addition to randomly pounding on the keyboard some weak shit. Apparantly they can teach some primates how to sign simple things like "me want banana" or "me shit my pants". Please tell me your name so I can send you shiny shit to keep you fascinated for hours. I think I could probably distract you with a nickel. Go rob your neighbors house because they can afford vacation and you can't.

Esupport.com: Actually I think they just grunted. And my psycho therapist says I should be an axe murderer. Hey send all the cash you want. Or better yet how about a Halloween invitation ill come as myself. You would never know me, we ax murders look just like other primates.

Me: I don't think you could handle an axe. You would probably shove it up your ass and clap your hands with glee like the simpleton you are. You are weak and pathetic and thus, you are below me and most 1st graders. Wait a sec..... I get it, esupport is so lacking brain power that they farm out customer support to the local elementary school. I apologize. Please carry on and don't eat too much glue. Make sure you steal some lunch money though.

Esupport.com: I guess if it were below you, you wouldn’t keep responding, and wasting your time. This also proves your inability to get into elementary school. Since you would be too busy to bother with someone you consider below you.

Me: It is definitely not a waste of my time. I enjoy the superior feeling I get conversing with a mental midgit such as yourself. Please tell me your name!!! I shall praise your ineptitudes to the highest mountains!!! Stupidity like yours needs to be honored!!! What other scams do you have going on? Are you selling cans of "beep" for car horns? Are you "royalty from Nigeria" with an "offer of money". I grow bored with you. You are not worthy of further correspondance. Goodbye, rot in hell, and go rob your mom's purse for some crack money. You are blocked pussy.

Ok maybe I was being juvenile also but come on !!?? Who would put up with that crap? Never deal with this company, they are crooks.

"I got an email to call the tech person after I was directed to their website to do a scan, which they scared me to believe that I needed a BIOS update. I called and the person on the other line was extremely rude. He treated me as if I was a dumb person and asked why was I calling for a BIOS update and what I was using it for. I wished I had read about this before I even called. Who wants to buy something from this kind of attitude?"

"I called for a BIOS upgrade. The salesman was rude. I asked him to email me information on the BIOS he had for my PC. He said he didn't have any. I said "not even a link from your site showing me what your product is?" He said, "No." I said "Thanks for your time. I'll think about it" He said something like "yeah yeah" as we both hung up. Boy, who would want to do business with a proprietor that can't even give any details on the product before it is purchased and talks like a street thug!"
