"I ordered the seats on the weekend and on monday morning, attempted to pick a different game and do an even exchange but was told it could not happen, despite my credit card not having been billed yet
Was disappointed and will likely use Stub Hub in the future, as they allow for this.
All else was good.

“Thanks for the feedback. We make every effort to accommodate our customers to receive the tickets they are interested in buying. If our customer makes a mistake or has a change in plans after their order has been finalized we can offer the buyer the opportunity to consign their tickets and purchase tickets for the correct date. I do not believe StubHub offers buyers the ability to exchange their tickets since they are a marketplace and do not control the tickets they are selling.”

"Somewhat satisfied.
I didn't like the extra hidden charges. My tickets were expensive comparing to another site I went with last year. At first it looked like it was reasonable but when extra charges showed I paid an extra 100 dollars for paper. Also the information I provided was not received the way I submitted it.

"I have never received this American Express Gift Card for tickets so a bit leary of it. Is this common place now?

I booked my tickets and seats night before and then I received phone call next morning that I only had 20 minutes to confirm address to send or my tickets would be taken away. I was in meeting and could not call back in time. I called back 45 minutes later and tickets were gone. ESEATS offered worse tickets 2 rows behind and HIGHER Price then would i had confirmed with credit card night before. Does not seem like a
good business practice just over where to send the tickets which was not my fault as confirmed that the night before

“We do our very best to fill all ticket requests which are submitted to us. In some cases, especially the day of the event, tickets sell very quickly. In this case, the client submitted her request after hours and by the time we came into the office, the seller had already sold the ticket. When this happens we get back to the client with the next best options which for this happened to be a few rows back in the same section and a bit more expensive. I can appreciate why the client would be unhappy, but as a broker we can only do the best we can do to accommodate the last minute requests which come into our office.”

"I´m from Brazil and the tickets are for NFR PRCA, at Las Vegas, on december 06, so i haven´t gotten them yet... But the deal was eseats would ship them to my hotel, so i hope to get them at "check in", that will be on december 02. So far, the negociation was fine, the price was fair, the attendand gave me all the directions to make me feel safe about the transation, and if every thing works as arranged i will be very satisfied."

"Talk about customer service! eSeats, (especially Leslie) has surpassed all my expectations. A friend referred me to eSeats after another ticket agency was unable to help me break up payment on 3 separate credit cards. I received the most friendly and professional service from eSeats, that I'm still in shock. Leslie answered all my questions, followed up with me via telephone & email. I'm still in shock that I dialed the direct line and a human being answered, you don't get alot of that these days. I've used LiveNation, TicketMaster & StubHub before, but will never again after this amazing and headache free experience. Thank you eSeats for making my husbands surprise birthday gift to the Mayweather Vs. Cotto fight possible!
