"Ordered 2 Milwaukee ORP meters, Manfg. instructions require "curing" tips in 2.5ph for 4 days before use. Once done they proved to be totally unreliable an inaccurate. In correspondence it was like talking to a wall. I sent back... they sent them again to me. Somehow they could not grasp that a product that takes 4 days to start working cannot be matched to a 3 day return policy. I know this is going to be a pain to resolve. Used Pay-Pal but they too are very hard communicate with. Also to note.. both batteries were dead the the units and have to be replaced before anything was done."
"Returned unused, brand new instrument back to the seller, was told they no longer use the return address which is still listed on their website.
The returned item simply vanished from the face of the earth. Lost $175, never heard from the seller since then.
They also use paypal as the payment method, which will not cover something like this at all, buyer be aware.

After 3 painful months dealing with paypal(which doesn't help at all), merchant(said they didn't receive the package), and credit card company(thank god I paid with credit card on paypal), I got the money back."

They have great support, as the day before I placed the order, I had asked them a few questions (on Sat night about 10PM as I disliked the portable pH meters I bought, so eSeasongear helped me make the best selection while not breaking my bank. Their reply to my e-mail came to me a few hours later, on Sunday at 1:30AM in the morning. When was the last time you had a small vendor answer your questions on a Sunday, past midnight? !!
My fish also thank them as well, now their PH monitoring is easier for me, and I hopefully I won't have any more fish funerals. :)
